Sehr cooles Hotel das trotz seiner äußeren Erscheinung, die schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist und typische Diktator Architektur darstellt, im inneren einen das Gefühl von Geborgenheit gibt. Service Four Season typisch perfekt, die Zimmer sind vor nicht allzu langer Zeit hochwertig renoviert worden.

Das Hotel hat uns sofort angesprochen und wir haben für 5 Nächte es gebucht. Das Hotel hat viel was anzubieten und sehr geschultes Personal, von A bis Z. Es hat alles gestimmt und man füllt sich hier sehr willkommen. Bei der Ankunft haben wir nach neu renoviertem Zimmer gefragt und sofort haben wir es bekommen, ohne zusätzliche Kosten. Ich fand das sehr kundenfreundlich. Mein Favorit war Schwimmbad draußen und wunderschöne Deko aus Orchideen in Lobby. Auf jeden Fall Empfehlung.

Das Ritz in Lissabon bietet alles, was man von einem Ritz erwartet: ein malerisches Interieur - Frische Blumen, die bis zur Decke der Empfangshalle gesteckt sind, eine Vielzahl an Bronze Statuen, eindrucksvolle Bilder und Wandteppiche - alles angeordnet mit Liebe zum Detail. Die Zimmer sind ausgezeichnet, der Service gut. Das Frühstück bietet genussvolle Vielfalt. Alles in Allem: Sehr empfehlenswert!

Cons: • No Recent Stay Experience: My recent visit was limited to meetings in the lobby and bar, so this review does not reflect the current state of the hotel rooms and other amenities. Overall, the Four Seasons Ritz remains a prestigious and tranquil spot in Lisbon, perfect for meetings and relaxation, with top-notch service and an elegant atmosphere.

Having stayed at over 25 different Four Seasons Hotels I found the Four Seasons Lisbon Ritz hotel to be the worst of all of the properties that I have stayed at. This hotel is unbecoming of a Four Seasons property in terms of both service as well as the overall experience. Sadly I will consider staying at another hotel during my next visit to Lisbon and have already dissuaded friends/family from staying at this property.

Spent a few days at the hotel for a special occasion with family in Lisbon. It was a fabulous location central and accessible to all the happening places. Staff was outstanding as in any Four Seasons. The hotel had a lovely ambience, the staff was amazing especially the concierge who was most helpful.

Overall this is a very nice hotel and we were lucky enough to get one of the renovated rooms and it was quite nice. But unfortunately this hotel doesn't quite measure up to Four Seasons' high standards on a variety of measures and its location is not really ideal. On most counts the service was exceptional with one big exception - our room would not cool to a comfortable temperature and we called every day to have this looked at. Each time they sent someone but the temperature did not improve. And when we were checking out they asked how everything was and I commented on this and that I was disappointed that they were not able to resolve this during our stay and the response I received was simply "We're sorry to hear this." Not what I would expect from a Four Seasons property. Overall still a very nice hotel and I would be happy to stay there again on a business trip but probably not a vacation.

Wonderful stay! We had two adjoining rooms. Both lovely with excellent service! Concierge is perfection! everything you would want in a top-notch hotel. They set up our dinner reservations on the spot, moved things around when necessary, and were super engaging with our kids. They also set up some fantastic excursions. Although the hotel is not in the center of everything, it allows for slightly more space and we could get anywhere with an inexpensive taxi. Pool was wonderful on the hot days and I had an amazing massage in the spa. Our last night we decided to eat in the bar and the staff made everything so special. Brought us local beer and liquor to try (just for fun) Oh, and the gym with gorgeous views and spectacular breakfast cannot be beat. Would stay there again in a heartbeat and for once the higher price seemed justified unlike other places we traveled in Europe.

Great hotel. Classic and elegant. Very spacious rooms although ours were not renovated and they were quite old. The concierge was excellent in helping to arrange tours and restaurants ahead of time. My only complaint would be location - far from tourist sites. You can easily take Ubers but with traffic this could take some time.
