Wir verbrachten tolle Tage in diesem schönen, sauberen Hotel mit überaus freundlichem Personal. Die Zimmer sind sehr modern und komfortabel eingerichtet. Wir haben uns von Anfang an wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist toll für Ausflüge aller Art.

The hotel has a policy of making a pre authorised payment on your card for the first night. This is fine as long as you get refunded when you pay your bill for the full amount (which you are asked for when you arrive) .I did not recieve an immediate refund for the amount taken off my card for the first nigh. And the reception staff was unable to solve this. We are left with having been charged for 5 nights even if we have just stayed for 4, This makes the hotel very expensive.

I stayed at AlmaLusa Alfama for a few weeks to celebrate a birthday and explore Lisbon and the surrounding area. Suite 34 was beautiful and had a great view. The designer made great use of the space, and everything from the lighting to the flooring made the room more enjoyable. The included breakfast was lovely and the cafe has offerings as good as the restos nearby if you want a quick snack. The location is perfect. You are close to transportation and Alfama proper. I never had to walk more than 15 minutes to get to my desired location or to public transportation. The highlight of my stay was the staff. From the first person I met checking in to housekeeping, to room service, I found everyone so nice! They were attentive, friendly, and eager to make my stay delightful. My entire stay was top notch! If you are staying longer than a night, it is worth it to explore any offered add-ons. The walking tour was educational and fun. Dinner at the nearby sister location was a nice treat as well!

I spent days researching boutique hotels in Lisbon and am so happy I chose the AlmaLusa Alfama! It has all the charm and personalized service of a boutique hotel and all the amenities of a larger one. The location is far enough away from the bustling main squares that it feels more peaceful, but easy to walk to anyplace you want to go. Check in was seamless and our room was upgraded to a suite. We had stunning views of the river. Our room was spacious and modern. The bed was very very comfortable and it was so quiet -- we heard absolutely no noise from outside or other guests. The hotel left us little snacks in the room along with still and sparkling water. We also loved the Benamor products. The buffet breakfast and coffee were excellent -- lots of choices and everything was really fresh and delicious. There's a machine to make any kind of specialty coffee drink you want anytime. The staff is lovely -- everyone at the front desk had helpful tips and were always friendly. We cannot wait to return!

It was one of the best hotel experience in Europe. Rooms and all areas of hotel was quite clean. Interior design and decoration was nice. The hotel was close to almost everywhere in old town even by walk, plus it is few minutes walk from Terreiro do Paço metro station. Staff was quite nice. It was also so lovely that they upgraded our room. Thanks for everything. I hope i’ll be back.

Lovely family vacation in Lisbon. Great location! The rooms were comfortable and spacious. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. They made excellent suggestions for restaurants and entertainment during our stay. We highly recommend AlmaLusa!

What a gem of a hotel…..the staff were friendly, professional and went over and above, the bedrooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The little extras on arrival and last night added a finishing touch…..would definitey recommend

The AlmaLusa Alfama is a lovely boutique hotel. The bed was super comfortable. The staff was super friendly and the location was great for exploring. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lisbon who wants to be centrally located to many of the cities attractions.

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel was beautiful but what made it special was the friendliness of the staff. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Very kind, very helpful. They are the very best advertisement for AlmaLusa. Can thoroughly recommend it.
