Sehr gute Lage in der Nähe von U-Bahnstation, Café, Restaurant, Apotheke, Bank und Mini-Shop. Sauberes Zimmer und freundliches Personal.

Das Hostel bietet Platz für viele Gäste und ist gut für die Bedürfnisse von Reisenden ausgestattet. Es gibt günstige Drinks an der Bar und das Personal ist sehr nett. Wir haben in einem Durchgangszimmer geschlafen, was eine Privatsphäre im Zimmer ausschloss. Leider haben die Gäste im hinteren Zimmer nicht darauf geachtet, die Tür zu schließen, sodass unser Zimmer häufig für alle Gäste zugänglich gewesen wäre. Die Betten hatten zwar Verstaumöglichkeiten für das Gepäck, aber ohne ein eigenes Schloss gab es keine Möglichkeit, das Gepäck zusätzlich zu sichern. Wer Wertsachen im Zimmer liegen lassen möchte, sollte also ein kleines Schloss mitbringen. Die Betten waren ok und sauber. Den Waschräumen hat man die Nutzung von vielen Gästen schnell angesehen, es wird aber 2x täglich geputzt. Das Frühstück fällt klein aus. Großartig und überraschend war das Bällebad!

Qualitäts-Preis-Verhältnis für 4 Tage ist CORRECT aber ohne weiteres großes Problem die Küche Personal ist halb, ich weiß nicht, ob es die Erwachen ist, die sie stört oder nicht, aber wenn Sie nicht lieben, was Sie tun, um einen Beruf zu ändern. Der Anfang eines Tages ist angenehm, und dank dieser Damen ist es ganz im Gegenteil, man macht sich angriff, wenn es keinen Kaffee mehr gibt, zu glauben, dass man es selbst wie Orangensaft wieder geben muss, Milch, ect... Andererseits ist es übermengen das wenig, das Sie haben, weil die Kaffeemaschine nie gefüllt sind, und der kalte Kaffee im Percolator ist IMMONDE, und für das Frühstück hoffen Sie nicht essen zu Ihrem Hunger, weil außer Brot, ein Butterflüssig , une banane et un yaourt vous n'avez rien d'autre Bref à part cela, la propreté des chambres n'est pas incroyable mais elle est correcte, mal aussi que les terrasses soient partagées mais bon c'est une auberge de jeunesse Fin mot de l'histoire, ce n'était pas incroyable du tout

The hostel's name says it all - this hostel is ideally located in the heart of Lisbon within walking distance of most of the major monuments the city has to offer. My girlfriend and I allocated 2 days to Lisbon and 1 to Sintra and thoroughly enjoyed our stay in one of the 8-bed dorms. The rooms and amenities of this hostel exceeded our expectations as our 1st foray into hostel traveling. The staff were extremely kind as well and were helpful in helping us plan an early morning (4 am) transport to the airport. There were a few small details we wish we could change. For one, we had a bit of bad luck in that one of our roommates was sick and spent most of the night coughing relentlessly keeping most members of our room awake. Additionally, despite meeting many friendly faces, the hostel did not feel as openly social as other hostels we stayed our throughout our two week Europe trip

Das Innere des Hotels war fantastisch, einschließlich des Außenpoolbereichs! Die Mitarbeiter waren hilfsbereit und das Hotel lag in der Nähe der U-Bahn. Das Einzige, was mir nicht gefiel, waren die Matratze und die Kissen, die zu weich für mich waren, sodass ich mit Rücken- und Nackenschmerzen aufwachte. Ich wünschte, sie hätten kostenlose Wasserflaschen im Kühlschrank bereitgestellt, aber ansonsten war alles unglaublich!

Wir waren nur eine Übernachtung hier um auf einen Flug nach Madeira zu warten. Schönes sauberes gepflegtes Zimmer.Tolles Frühstück.Als Ausgangspunkt für Lissabon geignet-wenn man zur Fähre nach cascilhas fährt und übersetzt ist man in 10 Minuten direkt in der Stadt in cais du sodre-fussläufig zur Altstadt. Ein Nachteil für den Einen oder Anderen Im gesamten Hotel incl.Bar und Restaurant gibt es keinerlei alkoholische Getränke.

Sauber, ruhig und schöne Lage. Gute Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, sogar ich benutze den Nahverkehrszug zum Flughafen Lissabon. Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Cafés und Restaurants sind sehr leicht zu finden. Ich fand das Personal an der Rezeption sehr höflich und hilfsbereit und erklärte mir die Stadt und die aktuellen Ereignisse dort.

Super schönes,modernes Hostel mit sehr freundlichem Personal und absolut perfektem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Die Zimmer und Bäder waren sehr sauber und die Lage ist für den Preis definitiv empfehlenswert, viel kann fußläufig erreicht werden und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind auch direkt um die Ecke.

I am deeply dissatisfied with the online booking service offered by Zenhotels. I made a reservation for what I thought would be a private room with 2 pets allowed and made a payment of 97 euros, which according to the booking confirmation received, was the total amount for the reservation. I was supposed to only pay 6 euros for the tourist tax and 10 euros per pet for the entire stay. Upon arrival at the hotel (WOT Lisbon Nomad), I was informed that the reservation I had made did not correspond to a private room and that in order to get one, I would have to pay an additional 234.51 euros on top of the already paid 97 euros (this would be for the upgrade to a private room + 10 euros per day per pet). Obviously, this news at the time of check-in and with such a price difference (more than three times the original value) makes it almost impossible for the customer to seek an alternative. Furthermore, I tried to explain to the hotel that the website was not very clear about private or shared rooms, as the room description did not indicate that it was shared. Additionally, it did not mention that the payment for the pets was per day rather than for the entire stay. The person responded that if the website did not have complete information, it was not the hotel's problem. I countered that if they were selling their services through third parties, they are just as responsible as the website promoting them to ensure that the information is accurate; otherwise, they are complicit in a scheme to deceive customers. Finally, I decided not to proceed with the proposal because I found it disrespectful, an excessive charge compared to the original offer, and unprofessional. Therefore, I feel that I was cheated out of the 97 euros that I paid and that I could not use the offered service.

Fantastic accommodation for what we needed which was just a bed and roof over out heads for the 3nights we were there. Upon arrival we were greeted by various staff who were so friendly and made us feel welcome. The place is basic but all you need is a bed and hot water to have a shower when you are in such a prime location and will be out all day/night doing the tourist rounds. There is a kitchen if you need which we used to make tea in the mornings, but also equipped with microwave, fridge cutlery, stove etc if you need it. The location is second to none with lots of restaurants nearby and not far of a walk from the center. There are various modes of transport on your door step as well as the airport only being a 20min drive away and lots of tourist spots nearby. Only one issue is the bathroom door which was a bit temperamental but myself and my friend sharing didn't have an issue as the room was well ventilated and also had a lovely little balcony. I would recommend this place and would defo stay again if in town. Thank you toball the lovely staff again we couldn't have asked for more on out budget!
