No toilet paper!. This is one of the most fundamental necessities of any hotel room. What are you supposed to do when you realise your predicament? I was in a hurry and considered the towel, curtain, pillow? In the end I had to soak it off in the bath tub which made me miss my appointment which was the sole reason for coming to Farnham. When I went to reception to complain, there was a long queue so I just left. Absolutely DISGUSTING!

Worst restraunt ever. Disgusting food that was microwaved before serving night 1. And then sent back to be told the kitchen is now closed. Day 2 no chef for the pre paid cooked breakfast. Night 2 10 hours later and still no chef, ques of angry and hungry customers who have PRE PAID just to be told you can try another premier inn.

I have stayed at this hotel many times to see friends, this time was perfect Julie-ann on main desk couldn't help enough, we booked two rooms and she put us next to each other and on ground floor, I have never had so much help. It made our stay and she was so welcoming at a busy time with people checking in. Thankyou so much, I will be back!

Such a shame there isn't a robust refurb plan across the PI estate. So many of their hotels now are starting to look really tired. This is short-termist and I am starting to look elsewhere for rooms. This hotel is a perfect example of this with tired carpets, battered bathrooms and knocks and bumps everywhere. Such a shame they are more money driven than sitisfaction.

The inn itself was ok, pretty much what you expect, no complaints. The breakfast was the worst I've ever had in a premier inn. We had the continental but constantly had to ask for bowls, milk. Yoghurt etc. When I asked fir pan au chocolat to be replenished the waiter went yo ask in the kitchen, came back and said they were out of stock. I know for a fact they are baked on site , I saw the chef look at her watch, clearly didn't want to cook another batch. Finally no orange juice due to "shortages beyond our control" The supermarkets have gallons of the stuff. Very disappointed, a little of people were complaining

The Premier room was too hot and the window sealed. The aircon appeared to make no difference to the room temperature. The toilet bowl was heavily stained and the sink over flow had a lot of scum aghhh in it. Shower over of the bath rather than a walking in shower. My wife had difficulty get in and out of the bath to have a shower. After talking to the night receptionist about the room temperature she found another room (standard) not Premier room I had paid in advance for. I had already paid for breakfast. As a gesture the breakfast was going to be credited to my bank account. To date no refund received. A disappointing experience and not like all the Premier Inn they portray in its advertising campaign. I will think twice about using Premier Inn again and look for an Airbnb

Lovely premier inn plus room. Parking easy and secure Staff really nice and easy reach to walk into town and explore the restaurants and pubs. Looking forward to breakfast tomorrow. In premier inns for the next two nights and hope as good as this one.

The julian was very helpful and understanding, after again my company messed my booking. Would highly recommend this hotel. Very friendly staff. Most comfortable beds and nice and close to my location of work. Always clean and no waiting to be booked in
