Прочитала отзывы и забронировала номер. Взяли люкс . 4400 с завтраками на 3-их. Чисто, приятные девушки на рецепшене, в номере аккуратно и уютно, короче придраться не к чему. На первом этаже была свадьба, но нам было не слышно, да и в 22-00 она разошлась. В номере было очень жарко, я выключила батареи и все было ок. Пожалуй единственеый минус это маленький напор воды и мягкий матрац, но это пустяк. Парковка на территории, телевиденье работает. Так что рекомендую, селитесь и не задумывайтесь.

Я очень часто езжу по командировкам и мне есть с чем сравнить....Без придирок, по факту: Обычно я не съезжаю с отеля раньше времени, но тут пришлось. 1) Администратор (светленькая) на все мои просьбы и вопросы отвечала по-хамски и подшучивая. На мою просьбу сварить немного риса на ужин, т.к 4 дня давали картошку и ужин стоил 500 р...Ответила: мы не собираемя под вас ничего готовить! 2) За 4 дня в номере ни разу не поменяли полотенца, на просьбу поменять - Ответила: А чо мне сразу не сказали???.....Хотя, как мне кажется, я не должен об этом в принципе говорить....в предпоследний день уборки вообще не было. 3) Вай-фай не работал, на мой вопрос почему не работает - Ответ следовал: Не знаю, у меня все работает. 4) Другой администратор (тоже светленькая) в ночь с пятницы на субботу позвонила в НЕТРЕЗВОМ состоянии и с утверждением сказала, что я курю в номере и у них заработала пожарная сигнализация, не видя того, что за территорией отеля горел соседний участок и стояла пожарная машина. 5) Плохая шумоизоляция ИЗ ПЛЮСОВ: Большой номер с большой кроватью, хорошая и удобная душевая кабина. Последней каплей было, что в воскресенье этажом выше в 8 утра начали делать ремонт, на мою просьбу, что хотелось бы отдохнуть и выспаться перед рабочей неделей... Ответ был: а когда им еще работать?? Прошу обратить внимание на тактичность и компетентность ваших администраторов. В этот отель больше не заеду и коллегам рекомендовать не буду. Откуда у отеля 4 звезды для меня загадка....
