Auch wenn dies eine lange Rezension ist, lohnt es sich, sich die Zeit zum Durchlesen zu nehmen und die Auswahl des Hotels zu überdenken: Das Hotel La Sciara auf Stromboli ist am besten mit dem Taxi erreichbar, welche für 10€ bereits am Hafen bereit stehen (Fußmarsch mit Gepäck würde ich nicht empfehlen). Zu Beginn waren wir positiv überrascht über die schön begrünte Anlage mit Pool. Jedoch mussten wir uns bald eines besseren Belehren lassen.... - bereits beim anschließenden Mittagessen an der Pool Bar waren wir über die überhöhten Preise schockiert (ein paar Tomaten mit wenig Mozzarella ca. 14€). - Auch das Frühstück (Buffet von 08:00-10:00 Uhr) am nächsten Morgen war katastrophal. Bereits um 09:00 mussten wir um saubere Teller und Wasser fragen....es wurde NICHTS nachgefüllt - kein Essen, kein Geschirr. Zusätzlich mussten wir für ein Eis, das wir uns geholt hatten, bezahlen, da dies anscheinend nicht im Buffet inkludiert war. Dies war aber NIRGENDS gekennzeichnet und es stand direkt beim Buffet dabei!! Am nächsten Tag stand ein Stuhl vor dem Regal.... - Der Service generell, sowohl jener der Mitarbeiter im Restaurant, als auch jener an der Rezeption, war schlecht! Die Mitarbeiter im Restaurant waren unfähig das Buffet nachzufüllen und Tische abzuräumen. Die Rezeptionistinnen bedienten zwischendurch ständig andere Leute, sodass wir länger warten mussten. - Das Zimmer war ursprünglich ok...jedoch wurden wir dann von Ameisen, die unter der Tür hindurch kamen, belästigt. Auch der Gestank aus dem Abfluss war sehr störend. Zusätzlich dazu waren die Wände und Türen so dünn, sodass man von den Tieren oder schreienden Babys geweckt wurde. - sollte man andenken, vor 23:00 Uhr schlafen zu gehen, muss man Oropax bereit halten. Die Musik an der Pool Bar war sehr laut und durch die schlecht isolierten Wände konnte man auch die lautstark geführten Gespräche der Gäste ohne Probleme hören. Wir waren schlussendlich froh, abreisen zu können...

Sehr große Zimmer mit Klimaanlage und Meerblick mit Aussicht auf die Ausdehnung. Bad mit kleiner Dusche etwas vergeben. Gute Dienstleistungen im Allgemeinen, Frühstück im Standard. Sehr gut die freundliche und verfügbare Mitarbeiter. Es wird empfohlen!

GGastnutzerHotel Garden: eine wunderbare Überraschung!! Sehr schönes, sehr sauberes Hotel. Das Personal (alles) fantastisch. Als Lächeln, verfügbar, zerkleinert, vorsichtig. Sie haben alle unsere Anfrage erfüllt, indem sie uns zu Hause zu hören. Der Pool ist immer sauber, das Wasser ist immer frisch, praktisch ausschließlich zu verwenden. Michele immer vorhanden und freundlich, Andrea in der Bar ein Engel, die süßen Rezeptionist. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Krebstiere Top. Wir waren sehr gut!! Ich hoffe wirklich, dass sie ein, auch leichtes Mittagessen organisieren können. Denn nach dem Meer und einem schönen Bad im Pool wäre ein leichtes Mittagessen im Flug toll. Wir werden sicher zurückkommen.
