Das Hotel ist eine sehr saubere und willkommene Erfahrung. Das Zimmer war großartig, viel Raum & fühlte sich sehr entspannt während meines Aufenthalts. Das Bett war schön und komfortabel. Das Zimmer war zuweilen etwas warm, auch mit dem Temperatur abgeschaltet. Das Personal am Front Desk war wirklich wunderschön. Glücklich wieder in diesem Hotel zu bleiben.

Excellent customer service. The gentleman in the evening shift who looked after me was very wonderful. My hotel room was just perfect. Very comfortable mattress. Very cozy. The view of the Lincoln Cathedral was fantastic. The bar staff were very friendly. All the staff members were very professional and polite. The breakfast staff looked after me very well. There was an intermittent problem with the shower controls that I forgot to mention at the hotel. Room no. 350. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
