Très bonne hôtel lit agréable douche spacieuse petite bouteille d'eau offert avec du thé et café tout pour être bien je recommande

Great hotel, modern and clean. Well decorated and furnished. Great shower. Excellent breakfast with good presentation and high quality food selection. Friendly and helpful staff. Very poor wifi - almost non existent.

When we arrived we were told the hotel was fully booked and they had moved us to a different hotel. One that we had been to before and did not like, we complained. The manager said he had left us a message which we did not receive. The manager lost his temper when we complained bitterly about this an acted in a threatening manner, eventually taking our bags and throwing us out of the hotel. Never in my life have I met a manager with such a short fuse and threatening behaviour. He has no business managing a hotel like that. If he left a message he should have followed it up to see if we had received it, not left it to chance and presenting us with a fait accomplit when we arrived after a difficult journey Do not use this hotel .

The hotel is apparently called Black and Green because it’s on the site of a Buffalo Grill; the service at a Buffalo Grill is much better. The meals were ready prepared then warmed up or left under a hot plate (we were not eating late, at 730 pm) I had to put our dirty plates on another table after half an hour of looking at them. I’m not a picky person, our son works in service so we appreciate the demands, but there were plenty of staff on and it was terrible. Would not recommend.

Located in an uninspiring area not close to restaurants and other amenities. Room was clean if not a bit cramped and bathroom was very modern. Buffet breakfast was ok but not great. Parking was limited. Ok for a single night stay but wouldn’t want to stay longer.
