5/5 The experience was amazing! All the staff treated me well and I used the Sauna everyday whilst being on holiday. The staff are wonderful people and I also had a massage. I had a half body massage. The back, neck and scalp was a unforgettable experience.

Really enjoyed my stay at this resort with my family ,the staff are lovely and accommodating and very friendly especially in the main restaurant as a I had 4 noisy boys under seven for them to contend with every day,leading on from there the food was delicious and plenty of it . We had a bungalow next to my son and his family which was perfect with a sea view ,the room was immaculate and cleaned everyday .I enjoyed walking to the private beach and the lovely men who drove the buggies up and down the hill if you needed it was a great help ,I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who loves clear seas , great swimming pools and lovely greenery surrounding them

This is the second time we have stayed in this hotel I have already booked again for next year at this hotel so keep room 222 for us coming back,hint hint, staff were excellent specially abbie and Eva and Jenifer young George behind the bar and Elena the receptionist Greek restaurant handy for a late breakfast Food could not fault Spirit's good selection Cocktails not so good It would be handy if there was something hot to eat when you arrive late instead of a sandwich Al carte very nice Roll on next year Abbey &Dot

This is a very large beautifully kept resort, gardens lovely, staff wonderful especially Ridula in lagoon bar and Melina on the crepe stand by the beach, we were put in the newest sea view ‘bungalows’ right at the top 4107 & 4108 which were really lovely, we were given a courtesy room for an hour to shower and change as check out was 11, flight 8.35, and although clean, it was very small dark, dated and would have not had the same luxury experience if we had stayed in there. The resort is accessed by golf buggies which can be summoned by calling 9 from your room or from one of the Perspex boxes with phones in dotted around the resort, however this is still not a resort for the infirm. If you are a cat lover there are many many cats and kittens dotted around who are very looked after and we never once saw one get shooed away. The spa was a nice treat you are allowed to take a free 20 min sauna , book in advance, and I also booked the back neck and scalp massage for my daughter and I but my husband came in the end as she was ill for second half of the week with the cold I had given her the first half so even though we both spent lots of time in our rooms poorly, there are a choice of different pools , bars, and the beach and beach bar/ restaurant to go to dependant how you felt. The couples massage we had with Amalia and Christiana was great. Probably avoid family pool unless you have little ones as there’s music and entertainment and the kids pool’merges’ into the deeper part,so it wasn’t separate and who knows what’s in the water ! The drinks were ok, I’ve had better in different all inclusives, more branded selections, and fizzier beer, and better wine, the ones on offer were 11% but tasted weak and was hard to fine one we liked, the food was average, and quite repetitive , and more international than Greek which is what we go to Greece for so that was a bit disappointing. GLUTEN FREE, if you need this, unlike places like zafiro in Majorca , the gluten free dishes are placed alongside all the other dishes and are only differentiated by an little sign wh h they sometimes forget to place, so I didn’t eat carbs for 3 days as someone told me even the chips weren’t gluten free, they were, as the chef kindly pointed out when he walked me round. There should be a gluten free section in my opinion, which would also incorporate gf bread / crackers etc? I found myself having to go and ask the manager or chef so they would go into kitchen while I waited in the canteen with my food waiting for a couple clicks of gf bread. I found this awkward. Buggy drivers very sweet and friendly.
