The Casa Andina Premium San Isidro Hotel in Lima is a great place to stay. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with nice beds and modern bathrooms. The staff is friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any needs. The hotel has a good restaurant with tasty food, and the breakfast buffet is very nice with many choices. There is also a gym and a small pool, which are good for relaxing. However, the pool area is a bit old and not very clean. The location in San Isidro is excellent, close to shops and restaurants. Overall, it’s a wonderful hotel with great service and a pleasant atmosphere. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Lima!

Located in a safe and residential area. 20 minutes by taxi from the Mariflores area. The rooms are clean but in need of some refurbishment, particularly the bathroom. I gave a 5 star because of the service, I arrived early around 12.00 and I did not have to wait, I was also given a late checkout which was a plus. On both occasion Luis was helpful. When I arrived there was a gentleman at the door, I was expecting to get some assistance with the luggage but that did not happen. Apart from that the hotel is reasonably priced. Few minutes away there is a shopping mall with a selection of high street shops and few restaurant (nothing fancy!)

Wir haben das Hotel gewählt, weil es drei Zimmer und seine Bewertungen hat. Es ist jedoch nicht das große Hotel vor 2 und 3 Jahren bewertet. Die guten Punkte für das Hotel sind die Mitarbeiter, insbesondere Tanya. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und die Lage ist großartig. Frühstück ist unterhalb des Par. Nur eine Tasse und ein Handtuch wurde einem Raum trotz der Tatsache, dass wir 5. Die Espresso-Maschine hatte keine Tasse oder Kapseln für den Gebrauch. Keine Wasserflasche wurde bereitgestellt. Es fühlt sich Management sah, um Kosten zu senken möglich.

Alles andere ist gut. Das Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett besteht aus zwei kleinen Betten ...

Super bequem. Nur wenige Minuten von Fuß außerhalb des Flughafens entfernt. Groß für eine Nacht, wenn Sie morgens am nächsten Tag Flug haben, um die Mühe des Verkehrs von Miraflores zu retten. Service war gut und das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Das Niveau der Kundenbetreuung und -hilfe ist einfach großartig! Komfortable Bett und ruhiges Zimmer (#505). Ich schlage vor, ein Zimmer mit dem Innenhof anstatt mit dem Gral zu bekommen. Mendiburu Straße. Frühstück ist vielfältig, reichhaltig und frisch, nicht Ihre Standard-US-Typ von geschroteten Eiern (von einer Kartons), Sauce und Kartoffeln. Es gibt 3 Tierra Viva in Miraflores. Ich habe den in Mendiburu ausgewählt, weil es in einem ruhigen Bereich mit weniger Verkehr ist und es zu Miraflores Centro gelaufen ist. Natürlich ist der Taxi zu Miraflores Centro nur 10 Solen (ca. $2.50).

Summary: a very good hotel that gets its core mission right, with minor room for improvement to get a perfect score next time. The good: Staff: all staff I encountered from security at the front door to the check-in and restaurant/bar staff were excellent. All FOH staff spoke good to excellent English. A special thanks to Diego at the front desk for being especially friendly and going above and beyond to help me manage multiple reservations I had booked for this property, allowing me to stay in my original room and not have to check out and back in. Thanks also to Henry from the bar/restaurant for his warm and friendly service that made me feel especially welcome and valued. The room: what a fantastic room. Hotel is relatively new and as you’d expect the room is modern, with a seperate desk space for working and plentiful AC and USB charging points for your devices. A very modern bathroom with high pressure rainfall shower and seperate toilet behind a floor to ceiling frosted door. Food/drink: food and drink was excellent, plenty of local and western choices. Not local or authentic by any means but the ‘Texas Burger’ and ‘BBQ Wings’ wouldn’t be out of place at any high quality US diner. Location: hotel is in a safe, quiet pocket of Miraflores within walking distance to the beach, Kennedy park, Lacomar mall and Barranco. There are bus stops nearby if you wish to go to the Lima historic centre. The bad: The bedding: this seems like such an oversight, but the bedding was terrible. Tiny small pillows that are reminiscent of the ones you get given on airplanes and a scratchy blanket that brought back memories from school camp. This seems like an easy one to fix. Noisy: half way through my stay I got some noisy neighbours in the next room and you could hear their conversations clear as day through the wall. So be aware so this may be an issue. Fortunately in my case they went quiet at night time and my sleep wasn’t impacted. Smoking: while this is a smoke free property, the smoking area is right by the front door so you often have to walk through a plume of smoke to enter the property. Please consider moving the smoking area to the other side of the driveway. Conclusion: A very good hotel. If I return to Limq, this would likely be my first choice. This property is better than many Hilton (main brand) I’ve stayed at.

Reservé 2 habitaciones standard para año nuevo 2024, una con cama matrimonial para mi hijo y para mí, y la otra con 2 camas. Y al momento de la reserva especifiqué que necesitaba que estén una al lado de la otra, o exactamente al frente. Cuando hice check in, fuimos a las habitaciones y la mía era cama doble y encima no estaban al frente, felizmente la señora de recepción pudo solucionar pero estuvimos bastante rato esperando. Luego, a las 5y30pm aprox llamo a Room Service para pedir la cena de mi hijo, me contesta un chico y me toma el pedido. Pasa 1 HORA, llamo para saber cuánto más iba a demorar y un señor de restaurante de muy mala manera me dice que no tiene ningún pedido y que no era su problema porque él acababa de entrar a turno. Me pareció una pésima atención y pésima forma de resolver un problema. Obviamente tuve que volver a hacer el pedido y esperar más, pero dejó mucho que desear la respuesta de su personal del restaurante e hizo que me amargue el momento. Finalmente, en recepción a la hora del check in preguntamos si Room Service atendería normal hasta las 11pm, nos dijo que sí. Cuando nos fueron a dejar la comida de mi hijo, volví a preguntar al mozo y me dijo que ya no tomaban pedidos porque estaban con la cena buffet. Entonces nos iban a dejar sin cena a mi familia y a mí, ya que al estar con un niño pequeño él ya iba a dormir y yo no iba a poder salir al restaurante. Después de insistir, accedió a tomarnos el pedido pero tenía que ser en ese momento (siendo 7pm, comida llegó 7y20) y lamentablemente tuve que cenar comida fría ya que recién pude hacerlo después de dormir a mi hijo a las 8y30pm aprox. Realmente no volvería al hotel por tener tantas malas experiencias en 1 solo día de estadía.
