Hotel is perfectly placed for going out into the middle of the Lille nightlife and the station. Greet has been owned by Accor for two years, but I see no investment in either the staff or the facilities. Very disappointed. Price was high for what you got. ROOM My room was very calm as faced out the back. but that was the only good thing. Nice big double bed left only a 40cm space to get out to the bathroom and exit. Just manageable as a single,....but you will be truly a couple as a couple! Bathroom shoddy. Room shoddy. Sheets and pillows very clean. Room was cleaned daily BREAKFAST Very disorganised. Constantly out of items, and equipment breaking down. Bacon and eggs are cold. Ingredients poor quality. Staff friendly but disorganised as was the purchasing/logistics. Hygiene?.....? hmmm? CHECK IN Nightwatchman Excellent!! Efficient and polite. Check in staff disorganised,....they could not find my or my colleagues bookings at first. The IT system is old. CONCLUSION OK to stay here at a much cheaper price or if everywhere else is booked,...but way over priced for the offering provided. ACCOR you need to invest in the hotel and train its staff. And I am not surprised as an ACCOR member, that you did not follow up with your automatic Customer Review Request!! haha! I think you already know everyones response!
