Wir haben eine „Family Room“ gebucht und zwei angrenzende Zimmer (durch eine Innentür verbunden), so hatte es zwei Badezimmer, Fernsehsender, das ganze Stück. Das Hotel ist kürzlich renoviert (oder gebaut), es ist sehr gut im Stadtzentrum von Loos, viele Orte zu essen in der Nähe, ein schöner Park und ein Carrefour (falls Sie einige Kaufwaren benötigen). Das Hotel verfügt über alle Maßnahmen für die Behandlung von COVID-19 und das Frühstück wurde serviert, um sicherzustellen, dass die Gäste nicht oben aufeinander und das Essen sind. Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Hoch empfohlen und wird wieder durchgehen.

Wir haben dieses Hotel kostenlos gewählt, aber es erwies sich als sehr gut gelegen, ein einfaches 10-minute Spaziergang von entweder Lille Station und dem Stadtzentrum (Grand Place), und sogar näher an die alte Stadt. Das Hotel ist sauber und funktionell, mit allen Grundzügen: komfortables Bett, kleines, aber gut ausgestattetes, anschließendes Dusche-Zimmer, kleines Desk und überraschend komfortable Stühle, Blind-out auf dem Fenster ... Das Frühstück war die üblichen kalten Buffet-Einträge: Getreide, frisches Obst, Yoghurt, Käse, Brot, Croissants, Konserven, plus Saft und heiße Getränke. Alle hochwertigen, außer den ganzen Äpfeln (auch Obstsalat), die dumm waren und mehrere wurden gebraten - beide Morgens. Wir haben das Zimmer im 4th Stock und im Frühstücksraum gut. Die Mitarbeiter waren ziemlich düster und nicht ganz auf dem Frühstücksabschlüsse, zum Beispiel, aber das war für uns ziemlich gering. Aber es war die Lage, die es besonders machte - nur um die Ecke von Rue du Gand, eine ziemlich gekoppelte Straße voller Essenseinrichtungen und Gateway zu der alten Stadt und dem Hauptzentrum.

If you want to actually go to Lille, DO NOT BOOK HERE, you’ll never make it!! We booked this hotel in May 2022, for two trips in September and October 2023 for the rugby World Cup, well in advance and getting good prices. It was after that we realised what a shambolic, fraudulent, rogue trader outfit this hotel actually is. They first cancelled our October booking claiming they no longer owned the apartments anymore (?). We had a booking for five, they offered two single rooms as an alternative…..?! *********** did little to help, and we were left spend over £1000 more to get alternative accommodation which, quite obviously, was limited and now very expensive. Once is frustrating….. surely they wouldn’t do it again…. They’ve now cancelled our September booking, claiming renovation work that won’t be complete. Who is renovating their hotel in the middle of the World Cup…. So they’ve cancelled the reservation, and *********** have provided a one bed studio outside of Lille as a ‘suitable’ alternative….. for five adults 🤦🏼! Incompetent, fraudulent, thieves. Do not book, they’ll overbook and cancel you, leaving you to pick up the tab.

Très mal reçu par Bénédicte. Manifestement, elle sait sourire mais elle a ”ses têtes”.. me concernant accueil froid, stressant et peu professionnel. Les autres réceptionnistes sont neutres mais ne savent ni sourire ni faire preuve de politesse... 🤷‍♂️ Chambre agréable hormis le bruit extérieur de la voie rapide qui passe par les grilles d'aération. 😱😱😱 Chambre propre et 2ème point positif : la dame du petit déjeuner/ professionnelle et aimable.

The hotel is excellently located opposite the main train station where the Eurostar arrived. The area was very quiet and also within walking distance to pretty much everything we needed to see so we walked everywhere and never needed public transport. The lobby of the hotel is cosy and very welcoming and the people at reception were friendly and very accommodating. The room was nice and the beds very comfortable. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel so cannot comment on that but we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Commençons par les points à améliorer: Nous n’avions pas de prise de courant dans la salle de bain, tout de même étonnant pour un hôtel récent et les nécessités actuelles… Pas de fenêtres donc difficile d’aérer ! Chauffage verrouillé à 24*! Le Quartier peut-être un avantage en terme de mobilité mais pas très bien fréquenté, dont nous venons au point du Parking, l’hôtel n’en possède pas un, il y a des places extérieures, mais le nombres de vitres brisées vous passera l’envie de tenter l’expérience. Ce fut confirmé lors de la prise de chambre, nous avons donc opté pour le stationnement sous-terrain recommandé par le personnel (tout de même 8€ par tranche de 12h…). La douche est spacieuse et facile d’accès, malheureusement bouchée et fuite sur le flexible, ce fut signalé le matin et aucun changement ni chambre faite le jour suivant. Après remarque, l’hôtel a fait un geste commercial et nous les remercions. Les +: Récent dont en bon état Équipement qualitatif (literie, TV, mobilier). Petit-déjeuner très bien, finit les simples œuf bacon tout secs, désormais belle salade de fruit, produits de france privilégiés, viennoiseries bonnes…! Accueil sympathique par mesdames. Le hall spacieux est équipé de baby foot, fauteuils. Ayant séjourné dans des centaines d’hôtels, beaucoup de B&B, il y a des changements appréciables avec toujours un coût intéressant.

Schauendes, effektives Reaktives Personal Große Bemol für die Karten unseres Zimmers (101), die sich auf allen Feldern demagnetisierten, aber die Mitarbeiter ersetzten sie direkt ohne Diskussion und ohne Urteil über unsere Verwendung.

Am Freitag Abend kam ein sehr angenehmer Empfang vom Empfangsmitglied, der sich daran erinnerte, dass ich einen besonderen Antrag für ein Zimmer ohne ein schleifendes Dach gestellt habe. Unser Zimmer war hinter dem Hotel, es war klein, obwohl das Badezimmer eine angemessene Größe, aber ziemlich dunkel war, gab es etwas Lärm von einer angrenzenden Bar, aber es hat uns nicht wirklich stört.. es war sehr warm.. Keine Klimaanlage aber Sie konnten das Fenster öffnen, aber wenn es so machte es erlaubte Moskitos ins Zimmer, so dass mein Mann und ich mit ein paar Bittchen endete, nicht sehr angenehm. Als ich das dem Manager erzählte, war er sehr unfreundlich und sagte, es sei wegen des Wetters ! Wir wurden gefragt, ob wir unser Zimmer während unseres Aufenthalts sauber wollen (umweltfreundlich ?) wir sagten ja nur einmal, wir wurden zusätzliche Handtücher, leere Bügel, Tücher leer, einige der schmutzigen Handtücher waren noch im Badezimmer verlassen, Kaffeekoppen und Glas nicht gewaschen, Kaffee und Wasserflasche nicht ersetzt. Es gibt eine gute Auswahl für Frühstück und es ist in einer tollen Lage, könnte ein schönes Hotel mit etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit auf Details

We chose this hotel as we wanted to be in the old centre of Lille for a short break, and the location was indeed excellent. However, for a four star hotel the room was very basic. We knew it would be small, and there was good air conditioning and a kettle which is always a plus. But there were no drawers or even shelves on which to put clothes, simply a small cupboard with half a dozen hangers on a rail. Also there was no desk or equivalent, simply a small rickety table on wheels. The fridge had the safe balanced on top of it within a tatty cabinet with the kettle on top. And finally there were no glasses or cups in the room simply 4 paper cups , surely a health and safety issue with boiling water from a kettle, and certainly not what one would expect in a four star hotel. All in all a very disappointing room for the price we paid.
