Villa is very spacious, hotel’s environment is nice and quiet. Staffs are friendly, responsive and professional. By car, approximately 15 mins to Lijiang Ancient Town, 30 mins to Railway station, 40 mins to Yulong snow mountain. One of the room has the amazing view of Yulong Snow Mountain. Can take Didi from the side road, not necessary to take buggy to the main lobby. As the place is huge, buggy might take a while to arrive. House-keeping staffs have initiative. The toilet light was faulty and couldn’t be turned off and the drainage system in the sinks and bathroom wasn’t draining the waste water fast enough. When I returned to the villa in the evening, they were fixed even before I informed house keeping.

Schade, dass ich nur eine Nacht in diesem wunderschönen B&B verbracht habe. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Von mehreren Zimmern aus kann man die schneebedeckten Berge sehen. Besonders gut gefällt mir der Designstil des B&B. Das Zimmer ist äußerst geräumig und komfortabel. Ich sitze besonders gerne auf dem kleinen Sofa und schaue auf die Landschaft vor dem Fenster, trinke Tee und schaue auf mein Handy. Der Nachmittagstee war gut, obwohl wir etwas zu spät kamen. Der Service war großartig, jeder Mitarbeiter war freundlich, immer lächelnd und hilfsbereit. Als wir abreisten, organisierte die Haushälterin ein Auto, das uns zum Bahnhof brachte. Das nächste Mal möchte ich noch ein paar Tage bleiben und gute Fotos von Rizhao Jinshan machen!

Alle Partner und die Besitzerin waren sehr verantwortungsbewusst und beantworteten Fragen und leisteten Hilfe. Aus saisonalen Gründen hat das Zimmer derzeit einen schwierigen Blick auf den Berg Rizhao Jinshan, aber es liegt ganz in der Nähe des Schneebergs und nur etwas mehr als eine halbe Stunde entfernt. Es liegt auch ganz in der Nähe der Altstadt von Lijiang Es ist nicht nötig, auf den lauten und schwierigen Straßen in der Altstadt von Lijiang zu laufen. Auch dieser Service und die Lage sind es wert. Ich ging gleich nach dem Ende zu der Aktivität „Tibetischer handgemachter Buttertee“. Ich habe den Vorgang nicht gesehen, aber der Tee war köstlich und alle waren sehr glücklich, herumzusitzen und zu plaudern.

Als ich von Xishuangbanna nach Lijiang kam, übernachtete ich auch im Atour. Dieses Hotel liegt gegenüber dem Nordtor und auf der anderen Straßenseite. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr enthusiastisch und erklären geduldig denjenigen, die Fragen zur Reiseroute haben und verfügt über eine Kaffeemaschine, die perfekt für diejenigen ist, die vom Reisen müde sind und so wichtig sind! Das Zimmer wurde zu einem Zimmer mit Blick auf die schneebedeckten Berge aufgewertet. Man kann die Berge sehen, wenn man das Fenster öffnet, aber es war schade, dass es in der Regenzeit so neblig war, dass ich nicht klar sehen konnte. Die Waschküche ist auch einer der wichtigen Gründe, warum ich mich für Atour entschieden habe. Nachdem ich meine Kinder einen Tag lang mitgenommen habe, ist es so bequem, schmutzige Kleidung zu waschen. Die Frühstücksvarianten waren an beiden Tagen unterschiedlich, aber insgesamt war es ziemlich gut. Sie haben Recht, sich für Atour zu entscheiden, und ich werde für den Rest meiner Reise weiterhin bei Atour übernachten!

We recently stayed at this hotel, and overall, it was a decent experience with a mix of pros and cons. The room was exactly as shown in the pictures, and one unique feature was the bathtub in the living area. However, there was no view from our room as it faced another building, which was a bit disappointing. Despite that, the hotel’s location was great—easily accessible and within walking distance of Lijiang Ancient Town, making it convenient for exploring the area. One thing to note is that the hotel has two large dogs in the lobby, which some guests might find friendly, but others may not be comfortable with. Communication was another challenge, as the staff did not speak English, so we had to rely on Google Translate for conversations. Regarding amenities, the hotel does not provide regular towels, but they do offer disposable towels, which was fine for us. A big plus was the in-room washing machine, which was very useful for washing light clothes during our stay. On our last day in Lijiang, we faced an issue booking a train ticket to Dali through Trip.com, as it showed no availability. Fortunately, the host, Michael, went above and beyond to help us find alternative transportation at a cheaper rate, which we really appreciated. Overall, this hotel is a good choice for its location and amenities, but be prepared for language barriers and a lack of scenic views from some rooms.

This homestay not suitable for guest with mobility issue as many staircase to climb from the main road lead to the room. Good part is they will help to carry your luggage once your reach at the main road . Very friendly and helpful front desk. Very near to old city (north gate).clean room and with beautiful view from the rooftop

we had a great stay here for 3 nights in lijiang! the hosts were very nice + can speak a bit English. they will help you with your luggage when you arrive because there will be lots of stairs so do contact them first. drop off point for Didi will be Dayan Ancient Town. the rooms are beautiful and comfy! they do housecleaning every day. the only thing we were disappointed was that we only discovered that they have bed heater on our last night there 😭 (basically our fault). as muslim, there are plenty of halal restaurants on the big street which was 5-10 minutes walk. the location is also nearby big attractions such as Big Water Wheel, Lijiang Square, underground mall.

Highly recommend this hotel for travellers who want to immerse themselves in Lijiang Old Town. Great location, convenient taxi drop off & pick up as hotel is situated by the main road. Very quiet despite being in the old town. Rooms are clean, well appointed with superb views of old town. Breakfast spread is delicious. Very happy with the friendly and warm services by 阿鑫, our personal concierge. She got in touch right after I booked the hotel via WeChat. Throughout our stay, she stayed connected with us daily on WeChat - very helpful and responsive when we had questions. She also suggestions and arrangements for our airport transfer & day trip to Jade Dragon Mountain even before our arrival. Thank you ❤️. Not forgetting the entire housekeeping and helpful front desk team who made us feel very welcome and at home throughout our four days stay!

A Perfect Stay in the Heart of the Ancient City Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of amazing. The location was absolutely perfect – situated right in the center of the area, it was a hub of activity during the day, making it easy to explore. As the sun set, the place transformed into a lively spot brimming with music and vibrant nightlife. One of the highlights of our stay was the dining options nearby, which were abundant and diverse. Impressively, we were able to enjoy a delicious dinner as late as 11 pm, which added to the convenience and charm of the area. The hotel staff were exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a friendly and efficient check-in process. They went the extra mile to make us feel welcome, offering us a variety of tea upon arrival – a thoughtful touch that set the tone for our stay. Their open and warm approach truly made us feel at home. The rooms were impeccably clean, and the facilities were equally delightful. What stood out was their attention to detail – we were greeted with a welcoming fruit basket and premium beauty products in our room, which added a luxurious feel to our experience. Given that the hotel is located on a hill, the staff's assistance with our luggage was greatly appreciated and made the arrival process smooth and stress-free. Overall, our stay in the ancient city was enriched by this wonderful hotel. With so many accommodation options available in the area, I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service, perfect location, and thoughtful amenities.
