Ich hatte einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Bereits bei meiner Ankunft wurde ich herzlich willkommen geheißen und habe ein Zimmer-Upgrade erhalten. Somit war mein Zimmer mehr als groß genug für mich und die Einrichtung was sehr stilvoll gestaltet. Alles war sehr sauber und ich habe mich wohl gefühlt. Das Personal war ausserordentlich nett und ich wurde direkt gefragt, ob ich bei irgendwelchen Buchungen oder Shuttle-Services Hilfe bräuchte und ob ich sonstige Fragen hätte (diese Hilfe ist in China für Ausländer of sehr sehr hilfreich!!). Die Lage des Hotels ist auch sehr gut. Die ganze historische Innenstadt ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar und obwohl das Hotel in einer Fußgängerzone mit unebenem Pflaster ist, ist Gepäck so gut wie kein Problem, da der nächste Taxi-/Didi-Dropoff und Busstation nur etwa 2-3 Gehminuten entfernt sind. Alles in Allem, habe ich mich im Hotel sehr wohl gefühlt und die Nähe zu Kultur-, Tag- und Nachtleben sowie der ausgezeichnete Service schaffen ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und es ist auf jeden Fall eine Weiterempfehlung wert!

Superb convenient location yet away from noisy busy old town. Booked 2 rooms and 张总 is kind enough to upgrade both rooms to connecting suites. We are so blessed to be able to rest in such comfort after roaming 6 days in Yunnan. Very friendly and helpful service provided all the way from top management to ground staffs. They even went an extra mile to pack breakfast for us after knowing that we gonna set off early to Yulong Snow Mountain on one of the morning. I highly recommended this hotel if you are looking for a 5 stars stay in Lijiang Old Town. I will be back again for sure.

Good take care for all think and best room but for breakfast it not good

The rooms are too dim due to the dark colours of the room design. Otherwise it was comfortable. Love the close proximity to the old town.

The managers and receptionists are friendly and extremely helpful. I enjoyed the evening show recommended by the manager as well as next day trip to the while water terraces and the tiger leaping gorge.

Overall acceptable for the price. What I like best is the location. Cleanliness is good. Breakfast is not bad. Service is good. They halped arrange for our airport transfer at a reasonable cost. They can do better with paying attention to things like providing floor mat in bathrooms to wipe feet after shower and fixing the chain bolt on the room door.

Overall a good place to stay as we would like to stay with in the old town of Lijiang. This is place literally 5-minute walk to the old town, and also walkable to the Black Dragon Pool. The room was warm, hot shower was good and strong. The hotel breakfast was okay. The boss was helpful in arranging pick-up service from the train station for us. He also sold us a day-trip to Yulong Snow Mountain, and help to get us refund for the big cable car from the driver (The driver refused to give us refund after the big cable car was closed). A little down side is that whenever you turn on the aircon or the windows, there seems to be a bit of cigarette smells.

The twin bedroom is spacious. The location is good and very close to the ancient city. Breakfast is very simple. The breakfast room is quite dirty and is dusty here and there. Room cleanliness can be improved further. The smart control system in the room is quite interesting but the TV box is bad because it doesn't have free normal TV channels. It only allows you to pre-watch normal TV channels for short periods of time then it will stop and pop up asking to pay and subscribe. I did ask the front desk person to have a look and she said the channel that I am watching is the free channel. However after a while it stops and repeated the same screen asking to subscribe. The washing machine is located on the 3rd floor open area and this hotel doesn't have a lift. No dryer provided so after washing you can hang at the same area where they will provide hangers.

Best location if you want to stay in oldtown and close to large water wheel.

We enjoyed the hotel. Friendly staff, nice rooms and extended our stay.

去了這麼多地方從來沒有像這個酒店老闆一樣的，和氣 熱情 你不發財都沒天理，酒店地理位置全麗江最好的，下車就到了 環境優美酒店很大很舒服 智能設備齊全 酒店有早餐提供選擇性多，有事情老闆及時回覆解決

從西雙版納大理一路住過來，這是我這段時間住過感觀最好的酒店，老闆提前一天就打電話來告知各種事宜，入住後也把各種遊玩攻略提前告知，因為時間問題沒能多住幾天，就這有點遺憾，麗江很美，有時間我還會在來的，還會在次入住這間酒店

酒店位置挺好的，就在蘭花街牌坊下去幾十米，麗江古城裡。老闆很熱情，出行前就交待了注意事項等。玉龍雪山和藍月谷一天遊套餐、去大理的車都是老闆幫忙安排，這次旅遊出行住的很滿意！ 推薦！！
