Es spiegelt stark den Müll des Hotels wider. 800 pro Nacht auszugeben, ist wirklich ein großer Verlust an Dienstleistungen und Einrichtungen. Ich hoffe, dass andere Leute, die hierher kommen, die Augen offen halten und Fallstricke vermeiden! 1. Das Hotelzimmer ist sehr weit von der Rezeption entfernt, etwa 1,5 Kilometer. Die Rezeption sagte, dass es ein Auto geben wird, das Sie abholt und Ihnen beim Abholen Ihres Gepäcks hilft , Sie rufen vier oder fünf Mal an und niemand antwortet. Sie können sich das Video ansehen. 2. Ich frage mich, ob das Zigarettenetui auf dem Sofa in einem Hotel zu finden ist, das 800 Yuan pro Nacht kostet? So reinigen? 3. Das Signal im Hotel ist sehr schlecht, sogar die WLAN-Geschwindigkeit ist langsam und ich kann nichts tun. Der Punkt ist, dass das Handysignal fast Null ist! ! ! Auch beim Zuschauen bleibt es hängen**. 4. Die Raumaufteilung ist unverschämt: Die obere und untere Etage der Villa sind durch eine Treppe und eine Tür von anderen Haushalten getrennt Haus und Menschen Es ist besonders selten und kann sogar als etwas unheimlich bezeichnet werden.

Dies ist mein dritter Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Diesmal habe ich eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung gemacht. Die Hotelleitung ist äußerst chaotisch, das Personal ist nicht streng, die hygienische Umgebung im Restaurant und im Haus ist äußerst schlecht, es gibt Ungeziefer Zimmer, Zigarettenkippen und Haare in der Toilette und unbekannte Flecken an der Wand. Die fleißige Haushälterin Xiao Sang hat die Situation weiterverfolgt, und ich möchte mich auch beim Gästezimmerpersonal Jiang Yuyuan bedanken, das mit der Desinfektion beschäftigt war Das Aufräumen des Zimmers und das Auswechseln der Bettwäsche dauerte bis früh um 23 Uhr, bevor die Familie sich waschen und ausruhen konnte.

Rooms are spacious, tidiness is average.... Breakfast is very low quality... Doesn't fit howard Johnson standard.... Bit far from the lijiang ancient town... Nothing near by.. No cafes, no restaurants dont travel lijiang in monsoon season..

Very good resort for international standard overall. The buffet breakfast is average for Western style.

Villa is very spacious, hotel’s environment is nice and quiet. Staffs are friendly, responsive and professional. By car, approximately 15 mins to Lijiang Ancient Town, 30 mins to Railway station, 40 mins to Yulong snow mountain. One of the room has the amazing view of Yulong Snow Mountain. Can take Didi from the side road, not necessary to take buggy to the main lobby. As the place is huge, buggy might take a while to arrive. House-keeping staffs have initiative. The toilet light was faulty and couldn’t be turned off and the drainage system in the sinks and bathroom wasn’t draining the waste water fast enough. When I returned to the villa in the evening, they were fixed even before I informed house keeping.

We had a great experience staying at this hotel in Lijiang. The service staff, especially 巴旭, was very helpful and made our stay even better. The hotel environment is beautiful, with a peaceful and charming atmosphere. It's also a good place for parking, very convenient if you’re driving. Highly recommend!

Location was slightly away from the main street which makes it quiet and secluded but at the same time a distance away from the sights and restaurants. Nice courtyard and gardens on the grounds. Generally friendly staff who drove us from the lobby to the room and vice versa in buggies. Front desk was also friendly but could have been a bit more proactive to introduce the free minibar and attraction tickets that came with the booking. Room was generally clean apart from a small stain on the sofa. Scenic photo spots at the roof bar. Overall a nice property.

Quiet, peaceful, gorgeous landscaping and architecture. Interior of two queen bed villa was beautifully designed and decorated. Service was pleasant and prompt. Breakfast was crowded and mediocre (but plentiful).

這次是時隔17年來到麗江。 到達麗江的時候已經比較晚了，所以打算在束河古鎮附近過渡一晚。看了下大概有鉑爾曼，凱悦和温德姆至尊豪廷，由於今年保級沒什麼問題，而之前又很少住温德姆旗下酒店，而且還是全別墅房型，所以就選擇在這家先住一晚。本來沒什麼期待，但是實際上入住體驗很好。 預訂的雙卧雪山景別墅，到店告知升級為三卧雪山景別墅，還蠻驚喜的。到達房間之後發現這是在端頭的一間有三層的獨棟，有三層，空間十分寬裕。 這個房型每一層都有一個卧室，和相對應的休息區客廳配套。一層和負一層的卧室相對較小，二層的主卧面積挺大。使用了toto台盆，馬桶，以及金可兒床墊。整體裝修和維護相對一般，牆壁個別處有起泡，裝修風格整體偏家庭風。 服務和餐飲就非常不錯了，前台服務態度很好，入住時就加了管家巴旭微信，全程保持聯繫。由於別墅園區較大，所以前往大堂一直是叫電瓶車，響應速度也挺快，管家服務也貼心。另外入住時突然需要用電腦處理一個事情，而這次電腦充電線沒有帶出來，所以向管家請求能否借一台電腦使用（因為酒店為度假酒店，沒有配置帶電腦的商務區，所以借用電腦要困難一些），最後借給我們電腦處理了事情。這一點非常圈粉，感謝當天的值班經理木經理以及前台王麗梅。 另外酒店的餐飲水平不錯，除了早餐之外，第一天的晚飯和次日午飯都在餐廳解決。餐飲出品水平挺高，氂牛肉火鍋和納西烤肉這兩個特色菜非常不錯，另外家常虎皮青椒也點了兩次，價格也合理，挺好的。 整體來説還是很不錯的一家酒店，除了沒有健身房游泳池以外沒有什麼硬傷，另外客房維護做的再好一點就更好了。 整體來説不錯，可以推薦。 特別表揚管家巴旭，木經理，以及前台王麗梅
