Very nice facility and clean. Good hospitality and service mind even not able to communicate in English (use wechat to translate) Near the Wheel, symbol of Old town, but not loudly and cloudy. Good to relax with superb view May not fit with old people as located on the mountain

The room is clean and tidy. It is a voice control system. Everything is convenient and comfortable. The view is very good. All the staffs take good care of us. It was raining on the day we went, so we didn't see the mountains very well. If we have a chance next time, we will definitely stay here.

Nice hospitality from host! The hotel is location at half hill, nice view to the Lijiang old city. Host helped to carry our luggages from drop off point to room. They also recommended nice local food to try nearby the hotel which were great, also helped to arrange car pickup to train station which costs about CNY40 with 30mins car distance. They also served tea and cookies for tea time, nice people to chat with!

The location was great with an amazing view, but 小马哥 carried the service experience! his attentiveness and friendly attitude stood out. however, the service from another male staff member (big build) fell short as he was a little paggro when we didn’t adhere to his request, which made the interaction quite uncomfortable.

This is a cool little hotel. They guys who run the hotel are extremely friendly and helpful. They met us at the entrance to the old town and carried our luggage. I really enjoyed having tea and chatting with them. The location is quite close to the main gate of lijiang ancient town. The noise might be a little loud at night for light sleepers, but we always use ear plugs to sleep and had no problem. The beds/pillows were comfortable. Best we had on our Yunnan trip. Breakfast was a bit limited, but good. The golden retriever dog FanTuan is very well behaved and very cute and friendly. The room was nice and clean. The shower pressure was good, and the water was hot. The balcony was nice to enjoy the view.

It is great place to stay in Lijiang and explore the old city. The room was large and comfortable, with all the amenities that you could need. The views from the terrace are incredible to see and to enjoy. The hosts are kind and always willing to assist whenever needed or to just drink tea with. I had a great trip also thanks to them.
