Hotel Loreley

We spend one week in july at Hotel Loreley and we really enjoyed every day. This is how every hotel should work! Great, friendly staff, amazing dinners, beautifull view from room. Thank you very much and see you next year :-*

After a lot of searching online for a good hotel in a good location I finally booked a 3 night stay through the Hotel Loreley website, paying a 20% deposit and getting a better rate than booking through the usual booking websites. The hotel is on the seafront and just a minutes walk from the main street, Via Bafile, where there are many bars, restaurants and shops. A very warm welcome, spacious reception area with an adjacent TV lounge, there's a bar also I believe but I didn't get to see that. Beautiful decor throughout the hotel, I loved the lift! Genuinely friendly staff throughout our stay and nothing was too much trouble for them to make sure we enjoyed our time at their hotel. They gladly gave us the information for buying bus/boat tickets to Venice, the bus schedule to the airport and letting us use the bicycles they offer guests free of charge. A clean and tidy room on the 3rd floor with a side sea view balcony was perfect, not the biggest room we've stayed in but just the job for us and a comfortable mattress and pillows gave us a good nights sleep. Modern furnishings in the room and bathroom, good sized cable TV, aircon/heating, safe and refrigerator. A very nice buffet breakfast in a beautiful setting with a sea view from the beachfront dining room. If ever we're in Lido di Jesolo again we'll book in here!

Je recommande vivement cet hôtel, où nous avions séjourné pendant 12 jours la dernière moitié de septembre! Les points forts; la propreté, le petit déjeuner très bien et l’accueil chaleureux des propriétaires Glenda, Mirko et leur fils Ricardo! Un grand merci à l’équipe Manuela, Giovanna et Tiziana

Ottimo ambiente ordinato, pulito, struttura curata. Personale cordiale e attento alle richieste. Colazione ottima pur essendo un 3 stelle , accontenta chi ama la colazione all'italiana e anche chi predilige il breakfast all'inglese. Avere di fronte il mare al risveglio non ha prezzo! torneremo sicuramente.

Personale disponibile, pulizia impeccabile, colazione molto buona e variegata, piccolo tasto dolente a cena poca scelta nel buffet, spiaggia comodissima per il resto sono stata soddisfatta penso che tornerò

Abbiamo trascorso in quest’hotel un week end. Da apprezzare la posizione in quanto l’hotel si trova fronte mare direttamente sulla spiaggia. Noi avevamo una camera vista mare laterale e svegliarsi la mattina con il mare negli occhi non ha prezzo. La camera in linea con un 3 stelle (peccato per il letto un po’ corto) e decisamente pulita. Colazione nella norma. Solo un paio di episodi ci hanno lasciati un po’ basiti soprattutto leggendo le splendide recensioni sul personale: arriviamo alle 9:30 in hotel consapevoli che il check in sarebbe avvenuto nel primo pomeriggio ma al contempo informati che la spiaggia poteva essere utilizzata dalle ore 10:00, ora del check out. Veniamo accolti con un “siete arrivati un po’ troppo prestino, noi adesso siamo in fase check out e siamo impegnati” e sempre per lo stesso motivo veniamo indirizzati direttamente al parcheggio convenzionato con la struttura, vicino ma non proprio vicinissimo, senza neppure aver scaricato i bagagli. Scena simile al nostro check out effettuato la sera al posto della mattina del giorno successivo per motivi personali. Abbiamo chiesto se fosse possibile portare la macchina dal parcheggio convenzionato ai posti auto ubicati in hotel, a loro dire utilizzati proprio per i clienti in partenza e in arrivo, e che in quel momento risultavano liberi, per il tempo della cena evitando così di muovere la macchina nell’orario in cui la strada principale sarebbe diventata pedonale. Risposta: non ci sarebbero stati problemi se i posti auto non fossero già stati promessi ad altri clienti che sarebbero partiti il giorno successivo. Dimenticavo: munitevi di banconote da 10€ in quanto vengono chieste come cauzione sia per la tessera del parcheggio (nulla di dire) che, nel nostro caso, per la chiave della cassaforte.
