Hotel Viña del Mar Pineta

We had the most amazing holiday at Hotel Vina del Mar. I would like to express our endless gratitude to Yuliya who was extremely helpful from the moment I emailed the hotel with booking request till the last day of our stay. I had asked Yuliya numerous questions regarding the hotel and trips around and she was always efficient in providing useful and detailed responses. My 11 year old daughter and I felt very welcomed and comfortable at the hotel. The hotel was what we expected it to be and much more. The room was nice and clean, the pool was a good size and beach was really close to the hotel. The food was delicious with a combination of a buffet and a la carte dish every evening. It was variable and of top restaurant quality. The staff in the restaurant was very friendly and helpful. We would like to thank Francesca in the bar who was very accommodating. Overall, a brilliant holiday at a fabulous hotel with an amazing staff! Thank you for making our stay unforgettable!

Dopo la bella esperienza dell'anno scorso, siamo tornati anche quest'anno perché questo hotel soddisfa tutte le esigenze che a me e alla mia famiglia servono per passare una piacevole vacanza. Pineta, piscina e spiaggia tutte ravvicinate. Ottima cucina (consiglio pasta aglio olio e peperoncino veramente top) e personale molto gentile e disponibile.

Sono tornato in questa struttura per l'ennesimo anno e le mie aspettative sono state totalmente confermate. La pulizia delle camere è quotidiana e ben fatta; colazione pranzo e cena si consumano sotto una bellissima veranda a bordo piscina con ampia scelta a buffet. La scelta e qualità del cibo è davvero ottima. Il personale sia al ristorante che alla reception, piuttosto che al bar, è molto disponibile ed attento alle esigenze della clientela. La posizione dell'hotel è davvero ottima, direttamente sulla spiaggia privata. Per godersi un po' di relax servito e riverito la location è ottima e la raccomando vivamente. Tornerò ancora in questo hotel che conferma sempre le aspettative.

Ho soggiornato qui per 5 giorni con la mia famiglia. Appena arrivati, la prima notte, aria condizionata rotta con 30 gradi in camera è stato un incubo. I pasti vengono consumati in una veranda carina, ma onestamente molto molto caldo anche lì, specialmente a pranzo. Camere piccole, il bagno è stato rifatto ma il resto da rivedere: balcone inesistente 1metrox2, copriletti degli anni 80. Pulizia discutibile, letti pieni di sabbia ogni sera nonostante le pulizie. Cibo nulla di che onestamente. Personale di sala ristorante sempre molto gentile e disponibile anche se un po’ lenti e disorganizzati. Le ragazze alla reception di una maleducazione esagerata, forse dovreste cambiare lavoro. Ciò che salva questo hotel è l’esterno: piscina carina e accesso al mare diretto, comodo per i bambini piccoli. Da sistemare assolutamente: scale ovunque quindi accesso coi passeggino impossibile. Apprezzato che nel conto ci abbiano fatto €60 di sconto per l’inconveniente dell’aria condizionata.

La location è molto buona, la spiaggia non era mai affollata nonostante il periodo di alta stagione. Sfortunatamente l'hotel non è accessibile a carrozzine/passeggini quindi non è l'ideale per famiglie con bambini piccoli. Come minimo c'erano 5 scalini in salita e in discesa. Avevamo scelto questo hotel per quello che c'è scritto sul sito, cioè disponibilità di scalda biberon, vaschetta e fasciatoio in camera, ma di questi avremmo potuto avere solo lo scalda biberon dopo aver insistito parecchio e in via del tutto eccezionale (non ho ancora capito perché hanno elencato fasciatoio e vaschetta sul sito dell'hotel tra i servizi disponibili se in realtà non ci sono). Le camere family non hanno il balcone e sono parecchio datate. La nostra camera aveva una luce bianca neon al centro della stanza stile ospedale. In bagno, shampoo e doccia schiuma combinati in una bustina che non mi sembrava adatta ad un 4*. La cucina davvero ottima ed anche creativa. La zona ristorante e bar molto bella nella Pineta. Peccato per gli scalini da fare con i passeggini per raggiungere il ristorante e la spiaggia dall'hotel. Ero sorpresa dell'assenza una rampa per accedere all'hotel, anche per facilitare l'accesso a sedie a rotelle nel caso in cui qualcuno ne avesse bisogno.
