The hotel is well located with enough parking and good accessibility. Surprisingly for this chain, there was actually friendly staff available for checkin, not only the usual checkin-machines. For tours to the city, you can rent bikes at moderate 5 EUR per day. About half of the bikes look in reasonably good condition. So that was very good. The lobby has many self-service food and drink offerings, so that you can get by without going to stores. Else, just across the highway bridge is a big shopping mall. The rooms are spacious and the bed is according to our preferences. The critical downside: We had two rooms - and both had issues: One the AC was leaking, even with the AC off. The other the bathroom floor was very wet - it seemed the water was leaking from the wall or the toilet. When announced to the reception, they offered to clean up. But no repair was done or room changed. So the problem repeated the next day. During the day, the cleaning staff is super noisy, as if they would be trying to break through the wall with the vacuum-cleaner. And at night, the guests attracted to this hotel seam to bear all decency having lively and lengthy discussions on the hall ways (we are talking about 11p to 1 am, and not just one party being the issue), and continuing in the rooms with slamming doors every few minutes, puking and laughing. So while this hotel could be very nice, it fails the criteria of being a place where you actually can sleep and relax for the next days tour. Therefore, I wouldn‘t recommend staying here, nor do I think I‘d return again.

Wir verbrachten einen Sommer im Hotel Le Palm in Mailand Maritima und alles ging perfekt. Eine freundliche Aufnahme! Eine freundliche Service! Ein großartiges Frühstück - das Zimmer war wunderschön mit einer wunderschönen Terrasse. Wir werden dorthin zurückkehren und wir können nur ganze Palm Team für diesen wunderschönen Aufenthalt danken. Bemol Salz könnte sein, um mit einem Dikode und nicht mit einem Schlüssel zu installieren, weil es wenig Sorge, wenn wir zum Strand gehen ;-)

Angenehmer 2-tägiger Aufenthalt im NH Ravenna. Schöne Zimmer in oberster Etage, ruhig, sehr sauber und angenehm klimatisiert. Frühstück TOP, natürlich limitiert aufgrund der COVID Restriktionen. Qualität der angebotenen Speisen absolut top, leider keinerlei Eierspeise im Angebot, werder gekochtes Ei noch Rührei etc... Lage direkt im Zentrum direkt in Bahnhofsnähe. Alles im wunderschönen Zentrum zu Fuss zu erreichen! Nettes, aufmerksames Personal! Absolut empfehlenswert.

Ein besonderes Erlebnis, denn die Dekoration und Sammlung dieses Hotels sind museales Niveau und zum Frühstück gibt es auch selbstgebackenes Brot und Snacks, die super lecker sind. Der Empfang durch die Rezeption ist herzlich und unkompliziert, Getränke und Wasser kann man sich aus dem Kühlschrank holen. Es gibt wunderschöne Blumen im Innenhof und einen schönen Balkon. Wenn ich das nächste Mal komme, werde ich auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Sehr schöne Erinnerungen, so warm wie der Sonnenschein hier. Danke 🙏

Located just adjacent to the magnificent basilica of S. Apollinare, and 10 minutes from the town center and 12 from the beach, this little (8 rooms) hotel has it all: clean, nicely decorated and animated by a friendly, always helpful staff. The restaurant offers a menu with traditional local dishes, well prepared and presented. Breakfast is included in the rates, simple but fresh; parking is also included for free. WiFi is available but strong only in the ground floor. Last but not least: prices are very reasonable. Like I said: this hotel has it all.

Wörter allein können die Unzufriedenheit hier nicht beschreiben. Wir kamen letzte Nacht nach einer langen Reise. Vier Sternen???? Schöne junge Dame an der Rezeption. Das ist es für Komplimente. Leider haben wir morgen Transportvorbereitungen und müssen noch einen Abend bleiben. Die Hügelpfähle sind gefüllt, die Außenstühle sind gebrochen, die Dusche hat eine Form. Ein Zimmer sieht aus, als hätte jemand versucht, ins Gefängnis zu brechen. Wir gingen durch die Treppe statt durch den Aufzug und die Tür blieb offen. Jeder hätte eingehen können. Ich ging zurück, um sie zu schließen. Ich fand gerade eine unglaubliche Kreatur! Siehe Fotos!
