The hotel was an excellent choice for our family. Our two toddlers 2 and 4 loved the water park. The hotel was fine - not the newest or fanciest - but the staff was uniformly excellent and accommodating. Manager Paige was very helpful, but all staff were kind, helpful and professional. I even saw a desk clerk help an elderly gentleman who had arrived at the wrong location. The desk clerk was very professional and gracious, ensuring that the gentleman's reservation was cancelled at the missed hotel, and moved to the Liberty location. The capstone was that the staff contacted us to ensure we retrieved a lost personal item that they located. Can't say enough about the great staff at this location!!!

Everything was wonderful! Well thought out room layout, amazing AC, super comfy bed, lots of hot water with great water pressure, friendly staff, all at a great price. Located in the hub of Liberty where every thing is a short distance away. Definitely will be back!

This appears to be a fairly new hotel. Rooms are spacious and nicely appointed. Our room looked out on the Chevy car dealership next door. When in the room, you can hear the busy highway traffic going by. There is a convenient lobby bar which offers excellent pricing on happy hour. For this hotel, their complimentary breakfast is much better than hotels similar to Best Western. Being, Holiday Inn, Hampton Inn, La Quinta Inn etc. This Best Western offered a much larger array of breakfast items for your dining enjoyment. They also offer complimentary iced lemon water and iced tea all day in their lobby. The General manager of this Best Western is hard working and has very nice rapport with the hotel guests.
