比較智能化的一家酒店，看攜程隨意選了一家，挺讓人驚喜的呢～ 位置很不錯，對面就是步行街，對面還有當地比較有名的左心房～去步行街夜市非常的方便 設施：智能化設施很不錯，房間裏的小度可以語音聲控房間裏的電器和窗簾 馬桶也是智能的 衞生：衞生還可以，新開業不久的店，總體還是不錯的，但是衞生細節嘛，有點經不起考察 服務：服務真的非常好啦，大半夜有沒素質的住客大聲在走廊裏説話，跟微信客服説了以後還是比較管用的，早餐的時候有一個姑娘也是認真檢查餐品補充的是否及時 下午出門了，沒享受到陽光午後下午茶 早餐還好啦，蛋炒飯和炒麪都是涼的，總體還是不錯的

設施：大廳很氣派，房間也很寬敞，花灑出水快，水也很熱很舒服，房間裏還有小度，電視也能投屏 衞生：很乾凈，走的時候去接水，阿姨還在擦枱子 環境：靠近商業街，打車公交都很方便 服務：不錯！都很不錯，入住的時候有兩個男生一個姓蔣還有一個沒看到名字都很熱情，服務態度很好，一進來就給我們倒了兩杯熱水，送我們到電梯口。退房的時候前台小姐姐小楊服務態度也很好，給我們送了兩瓶水。 總體都很不錯！下次來連雲港還會選擇這家店！我還推薦給朋友了

入住時已經是晚上了，位置不太好找，店家電話指導找到民宿，環境和設施都還不錯。可能我們去的太晚了，沒跟店家好好溝通，第二天走的很急店家沒有告知下山路上不能停車，導致造成了些許的糾紛，搞得很不愉快！像這樣的特殊要求建議店家提前告知或者張貼在房間的插卡位置明顯標識一下，避免這樣搞得彼此都很不開心！
