Room was emaculate, bed was very comfortable and there were no bugs of any kind. Was able to check in 4 hours early. Was a very enjoyable stay. Quiet property

Very nice hotel. Hotel clean. Employees friendly and helpful. Wish breakfast included toast butter and jelly. Breakfast overall was good. Only complaint was our room wasn't made and new towels and wash clothes changed out.

I stayed in this MOTEL only because it had quite a few good reviews and it was fairly close to my destination the next day. What the heck is excellent about this place? Someone commented it was within walking distance of downtown. What downtown? The room was average at best, the bed was quite high off the floor. The room smelled slightly of smoke although it is supposed to be non-smoking. The desk clerk wasn't very friendly, the water in the shower smelled extremely over-chlorinated. The a/c unit was very noisy. The only good thing about it was it was cheap! IF I ever find myself in Lexington I'll look for someplace else to stay.

We were disappointed in the lack of cleanliness in the rooms/bathrooms. We couldn’t walk on the floors without shoes. The drain in the bathroom was full of hair. We did have them come back in and clean, but there are layers of dirt, so it was difficult to get it up to par.

While this hotel is in the heartbeat of downtown Lexington and in walking distance of everything you could want or need, it is also 3 blocks from the beautiful Beeck Lake. The staff is friendly and it is family owned. The atmosphere is perfect for a family with children as it is for someone wanting peace and quite on a business trip.

Clean. Friendly staff. Nice little pool. I always look at reviews when I stay at a place and this place had good ratings. But of course after my stay I can now leave a review and this place did not disappoint! I would stay here again! I appreciate hotels that care and that provide a nice stay

Having read previous reviews I can confirm the parking is tricky, especially if you're a late arrival. There's enough of it, but you will parallel park. Breakfast was continental, which other reviews took issue to but we went with that understanding, so wasn't an issue. Room charge was actually a little cheaper than what I thought I booked (cents, but still). We selected this one due to being far enough away from I40 traffic and didn't regret it. Requested a limited access room which was not a problem except the bed did seem a little high for such a request. Otherwise the accommodation was more than adequate.
