Diese Reise gilt als das beste Preis-Leistungs-Hotel mit neuen Einrichtungen, hochwertigen Zimmern und einem komfortablen Aufenthalt. Es steht anderen Vier- oder Fünf-Sterne-Hotels in nichts nach, liegt aber in einer kleinen Stadt und ist ein bisschen touristisch voreingenommen. Es ist eigentlich ein Business-Hotel, aber es ist zufällig der Weg, auf dem wir an der Reiseroute vorbeigekommen sind, also ist es sehr gut, eine Nacht für einen Übergang zu bleiben?

I stayed for 3 nights in June 2023 in the single room with private bathroom at this dorm residence. Overall, it was a no-frills, unproblematic stay. The room was small but functional and surprisingly quiet for a place with student residents. The sheets could a bit cleaner though—there were strands of hair that I noticed when I arrived. The bathroom was clean and water pressure was good. The staff were also helpful and spoke adequate English. I arrived here at night and had no problems locating it using Google Maps. The surrounding area is peaceful but note that this is located in Sainte Foy which is a 25-minute drive to Old Quebec. You can catch a local bus to get to Old Quebec which would roughly take an hour. As luck would have it, the buses were on strike in the three nights that I stayed there so I had to rely on expensive Uber rides to get to downtown Quebec. Cons: There are no food establishments close to the area so I mostly used Ubereats for food deliveries. If you only have a few nights in Quebec, I would recommend that you shell out a few extra bucks and get an accommodation in the heart of the city.

Our room was spacious and clean. The front desk staff, especially Norbert, is friendly and helpful and very tolerant of my attempts at the French language. It's located a little away from sites to see because of the volume of traffic in Levis. Breakfast is included with the room and there is an excellent restaurant across the street (Normandin).

Very well equipped and comfortable hotel in a quiet location that would be perfect for travellers passing through. Comfortable queen beds, lovely hot shower with great water pressure, coffee machine in foyer and a satisfying breakfast. All in all this is a great hotel, however this is based a long way from the city centre, at around a 30-40 minute Uber ride direct to old town or a 15 minute Uber and 15 minute ferry this is definitely not a destination for the tourist without vehicles who are intending to stay a few days. We were able to Uber into Old Town the first day, then ferried back to Levi’s and tried to book an Uber with no luck and had to walk the approximate 5 kms back to the hotel. The hotel would definitely benefit if offering a free daily shuttle to and from the ferry for their guests.

Ein perfekter Ort mit Thai nehmen über die Straße, eine Backe und Café auch in der Nähe. Wir gingen für einen Run auf einer bestimmten Strecke und dann erkundeten die Chaudiere Falls mit außergewöhnlichen Spaziergängen alle Spazierstrecken entfernt. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfreich nach einem langen Fahrtag. Vieles von einem großen Parkplatz und einem großen heißen Frühstück am Morgen. Ich würde dieses Hotel sehr empfehlen.

Stayed August 2024. Check-in and out was easy. Room was clean, beds and pillows comfortable. The high ceilings are very nice. Front desk lent us a block as there’s no usb port in the room. A very good breakfast with loads of variety served with a smile. We really wanted to swim. Hot tub was hot. Pool water was not moving and had gobs of hair and spit floating on top. Went to the desk for a chat and the next morning water was moving and clear and we could smell the chlorine so someone had attended to it. Too late for us so we were disappointed but hopefully the next guests enjoyed it.

We’ve stayed at this chain many times, but this was the first time at the Levi location and it was just okay. The room was spacious but the AC was loud and inefficient, with it either being too cold to handle or too warm. Maybe instructions on how to use the thermostat would have helped…. Other issue were the curtains…no blackouts and the curtains that did exist covered the AC unit so if they were drawn and the fan unit on, loads of billowing fabric. And what’s with the linen? In the middle of a heat dome, a duvet so thick and heavy it would only be appropriate for the middle of winter. The front staff were lovely and overall it’s a quiet place to spend the night. Easy access to a few decent restaurants.
