Ein Keller! Nach 3 Stunden Fahrt hatten wir nur einen Wunsch, wir setzen , Kinder ins Bett setzen und das Fernsehen anzuzeigen ... Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer über Buchung, Kinderzimmer in Zwischenzeit, super schön auf den Fotos, günstige Buchungsbewertungen von einem ersten Preis ... Ankunft am Platz , 21h, Person hat die Gastgeber , ein nicht sehr freundlicher Wachmann , der Sie in der Kühle mit Kindern warten lassen, indem Sie angeben, dass Sie die Warteschlange machen müssen, um den Buchungsscreen zuzugreifen, Eine Chance für uns, ein einziges Paar war geduldig vor uns , Bei der Einreise unserer Resa-Nummer, unmöglich, uns zu finden , oder ein Interphone in der Nähe hat uns mit einem sehr freundlichen Mr, der uns unsere Zimmernummer sowie der Code der Tür . Ankunft im Zimmer : Aspirator offensichtlich nicht durchgelaufen , schmutzige Mockette , kein Babybett trotz meiner Anfrage an die Resa ( unser 17-monatiger Sohn schlafen zwischen uns , wir konnten ihn nicht auf einem Bett auf einer Höhe auf einem Mezzanin schlafen lassen mit einer Barriere, die nicht geschlossen! ) In der Tat konnten wir trotzdem die Kinder in der Sabot-Badewanne waschen, das heißt, durch die Umlauf , wir haben gut lachen 😅, wir versuchten, das Fernsehen zu schließen : mehr Signal !! Anscheinend nicht an die Antenne angeschlossen! Mehrere Versuche ”Spielen ” mit dem Antenne-Kabel .. aber nichts ! So viel schlimmer nichts Fernsehen ! Nichts schlimmer , man sagte, wir würden das Telefon anschließen, aber .... Unmöglich ! Chewing-Gum in die Aufnahme ! Cf Fotos Für Zimmer 52 Informationen, verboten ! Heute Morgen, trotz einer Nacht nicht Top, wir sagten uns, dass ein kleiner Dej vor unserer Pariser Flucht wäre nett ... Aber die Aufnahmehalle fällt in die schwarze um 7:30.... Ah es öffnet nur um 7:30 am Samstag ..... OK... Danke schön !!! Die Erfahrung hat nie wiederholt! Wir empfehlen dieses Bb Hotel stark ab!

Großes IT-Problem im Hotel bei meiner Ankunft. Es ist für das Rezeptionpersonal nicht möglich, die geringsten Buchungen zu überprüfen. Sie haben daher alle Kunden, die online auf einer anderen Plattform reserviert hatten, aufgefordert, den Zimmerpreis derzeit als Sicherheitsleistung zu zahlen. Nun ist die einzige Sorge, die sich ergeben kann, da das IT-Problem nicht, a priori gelöst ist, ist, diese Garantieeinlage zurückzufordern, denn am Ende habe ich einmal auf Ihrer Plattform und einmal im Hotel, das ist auch, vollen Preis!!!!!! Die Accor-Gruppe ist eine Schande in Bezug auf die Verwaltung dieses Problems und ich bin mit dem Hotelpersonal, das von der Accor-Gruppe völlig verlassen wird, ganz herzlich. Schamlos für sie !!!!!!

Good quality of breakfast Room for improvement: 1. Cleanliness of exterior. I found the door and walls below the window not clean. This could be simply managed with a cloth. I would recommend to prepare a chacklist and the schedule when something needs to be cleaned (if not implemented) 2. Cleanliness of interior. a. What was reported to the boss: - Reservations with reference to the cleanliness of walls. This could be simply managed with a wet clothes (solved during the accomondation) - Hair on the walls in the bathroom (not solved during the accommotation) - Reservations with reference to the cleanliness of radiators both in the bathroom and in the room. My general impression was that the same cloth has been used for every surfaces cleaned. - Cleanliness of the TV set (both rooms) - I have poured hot water in to a tea cup and I found that the edge of the coup no clean. This seemed to be a kind of a lipstick

Sehr sauberes Hotel, super ruhige Zimmer und das Personal ist sehr nett (die Geschäftsführerin hat mir sogar meine Wasserflaschen im Kühlschrank des Hotels gesetzt, um die nächsten Tage kalt zu sein). Kleine Bemol kein Telefonnetz in den Zimmern ...par gegen das WiFi des Hotels ist Nickel! Zusammenfassend sehr gute Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis zu den dünnen, schmutzigen und preiswerteren Hotels, die man auf Paris findet ... Ich werde die Augen geschlossen zurückkehren.

The Jardin de Saint Cloud exceeded expectations! When booking, I had read reviews complaining that it was far from Central Paris, which it true- its in Saint Cloud. So if that is a concern it may not be a fit. However, it was perfect for us! We were visiting friends in Saint Cloud. The Jardin allowed us to take public transit into Central Paris. It is across the street from the T2, a shot walk to one of the M lines, and a VERY steep walk to the L. We easily got to our activities in the city each morning and returned each afternoon in time to visit with our friends for the evening. The rooms were clean and far more spacious than I anticipated (we did book a suite). The pool was great for my 9 year old and breakfast was enjoyable. The staff was friendly and helpful! If we are lucky enough to return to France to visit our friends again, we will 100% book here again!
