Sowell Residences Crêt Voland

I have never seen an apartment that was so dirty and worn down as this one. And we payed a lot of money for this. Everything is dirty and broken down. This is advertised as a for star apartment, but even 1 star would be too much. This is what you get - broken down tabel - dirty bedding - no duvet covers - worn down couch - broken down closets - apartment hasn’t been cleaned in ages - mold in the bathroom - mini dishwasher, while it’s a 6 person apartment - mini fridge instead of a normal one And the list goes on!

Read the reviews before we went and have to say we were a little worried. Upon arrival staff were very friendly and helpful and throughout our stay. The entrance to our building was a little scruffy but with foot traffic all with ski boots on it was to be expected. We had a studio flat at the end of the corridor so lovely and quiet,beautiful views(obviously). Spotlessly clean well equipped kitchen,fair sized wardrobe with ironing board mop and bucket,broom. Bathroom good size with a bath and shower. Large double sofa bed which I have to say was actually very comfortable and did look new. Welcome essential pack with a scourer& cloth one dishwasher tablet,one bin liner and one sachet of cleaning fluid for washing floors which we used at the end of the stay.I would say do your own clean at the end of the stay so as not to have a cleaning bill. Shops on the ground floor of the apartments good selection,and a funicular to the main shops and restaurants in the centre at the back of apartments. The reason we chose here was the ski In ski out which was good We have stayed in various accommodation in the alps over the years and would say we would return.Very functional and no frills. I would say great location good value for money

Nous étions logés dans l appartement 1103 au Crêt Voland durant une semaine de février. Je vais commencer par les choses négatives : un point noir sur le ménage qui n a sûrement pas du être fait par le société de nettoyage. Merci à la direction d avoir pris en compte ce soucis en nous offrant une prestation. Le second point négatif, ce sont les chaises qui résonnent à peine on les déplace. Même en faisant attention de la part de nos voisins du dessus, ca résonne énormément. L achat de tampon pour mettre sous les pieds pourraient servir. Points.positifs : nous avons eu la chance d avoir un appartement très grand pour 4 personnes. Nous étions en coin de bâtiment et avons pu profiter d un grand balcon qui faisait deux côtés du bâtiment. La chambre est spacieuse et est pourvue d un grand placard. Dans l entree se trouve également un second grand placard. Ce qui permet de mettre toutes les affaires de ski pour 4 personnes sans aucun soucis. La Salle de bain est grande. Le canapé selon mes ados à un bon matelas et ils ont très bien dormi dessus. La proximité des pistes et de la croisette est un plus. Le personnel de la résidence est très professionnel, comprehensif et réactif. Nous avons passé un bon séjour.
