They are crazy with security. One thing is to ask and another to harass guests and visitors.

We love this property. James at the front desk is amazing! Be sure to ask for him when you stay at this hotel if you want to know good places to go and eat tacos. He is a wealth of knowledge! He speaks Spanish and English! We will always book this hotel.

The hotel was dirty and old. It had a terrible strong smell of sewage everywhere. The condition of the hotel is terrible. I couldn’t imagined sleeping in those beds or even taking a shower in the filthy shower. Therefore, we looked for another place to stay. As soon as we found another place, we checked out that same day that we arrived to Hampton. Hampton didn’t refund our money. Hampton told me that they wouldn’t refund my money that ******* had to do it. However, ******* clearly explained that the money was in Hampton’s account already. Please look for a different hotel. We were able to stayed in the newest hotel in Leon by paying approximately the same amount as in Hampton.

The drain on showers were slow , flooded the bathroom every time we shower.

Very clean and comfortable room, the area around the hotel is safe very close to the leather and shoe shops. The complimentary breakfast is very good, and James the at the front desk is very helpful and nice.

Four of us stayed in a room, but were only allowed two towels. We requested two additional towels and they told us they couldn’t give us any additional towels because they were short in towels. We requested to have a pillow exchanged because it looked yellow and they said the same thing, it was all they had because they were short with pillows.

Clean hotel. Good breakfast selection. Gym has plenty of equipment to get a good workout. Very accommodating. They let us keep our bags at the reception desk after we checked out.

It was a over all a good experience!
