"Das 4-Sterne Hotel liegt am Rande der Altstadt von Astorga. Das Hotel verfügt über eine 24-h Rezeption. Der Empfangsbereich ist großzügig. Es wird Obst und Wasser angeboten. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß und verfügen teilweise über einen separaten Wohnbereich. Wohn- und Schlafbereich ist mit TV ausgestattet. Das Bad verfügte über Dusche und Badewanne. Wifi kostenfrei. Das sehr gute Frühstück (Buffet) sofern nicht im Preis inklusive, konnte für 12€ dazugebucht werden. Negativ wäre anzumerken, dass das Hotel über kein Restaurant verfügte und der zugehörige SPA-Bereich für Hotelgäste kostenpflichtig ist. Auch war das Mobiliar teilweise sehr abgewohnt und beschädigt."

"The room was nice and a good location but that was all. I waited about 10 minutes at an empty reception without anyone there, went out and parked the car to come and wait another 5 minutes for receptionist, she was also tending the bar, seriously understaffed. We were given an inferiour room to what we booked, there was no one there to discuss this with. This is not a 4 star hotel. My emails also went unanswered. Avoid."

"Clean, centrally located hotel. The rooms were generously sized and the bathrooms were rustic. The breakfast was limited in variety but sufficient. Good coffee. I travel for work, and it met my expectations. Close to my office and the city center, with plenty of restaurants nearby."

"Very close to the cathedral, you could even see one of the towers from the window (our apartment faced the patio, not the street). Being on the wide street means having all kinds of services nearby. For example, there is a Carrefour Express practically across the street that is open every day. You access the portal and the apartment with a code. The building is renovated, the apartment looked in good condition, tastefully decorated and well maintained. IN a single space it had a small kitchen with a vitro, microwave and coffee maker, as well as cooking utensils. A living room space with sofa and TV. A bedroom space with several beds and TV. A bathroom with shower and hairdryer. Very suitable for three adults. For four I think it can be overwhelming. The bad: the closet is small. The bathroom door is a translucent glass slider but it was very difficult to move and obviously left its insides showing through."
