Upon check-in, the man working was sitting at a desk further back with his shoeless feet propped up. He didn’t get up or verbally acknowledge me until I said I was there to check-in. He then didn’t say anything. He tapped on his iPad & took my ID I already had out and ready. He didn’t say a word until he gave me my room key. I went to the room & the key card wouldn’t work. I went back to the front & he gave me a new key, after reminding me not to keep close to electronics. I walked back & the new key also didn’t work. I will note the door handle already appeared to be busted. I then went back to the office again. He then offered me a new room, but I was charged an extra $10. A fee he said should have been complimentary, but a charge he wasn’t able to remove. He met me at the new room to make sure this one worked. It did. He also made sure everything looked fine in there & the a/c was working. Room, beds, bathroom, floors were all clean. No sign of bugs. You can tell they’ve done some upgrades over time. Newer large TV with Dish network, however not all listed channels were available. Upon booking, the pool was not listed as closed, but there was still a cover on it & no chairs out (June). We got what we paid for knowing we booked a cheap room. Just keep in mind, this is a low fee motel, so it attracts not the most ideal guests. There was definitely some questionable happenings going on by other people staying. I would not bring my kids here. Staff don’t wear uniforms.

The beding had cigarette burn holes all over, the floors where dirty and bathroom had hair all over the floor. The AC stopped blowing cold air in the night and its central air. When addressed it to the desk there was nothing they could do as i was checking out in the morning! There pool was is advertised as open on there web but is closed for the season! I stayed two night do to baseball and picked the place for the pool itself! Over

The owner's, management, hotel staff etc. are off putting, tacky, ill mannered, "distastefuly" blunt, not welcoming, dull, condescending, most badic, unable or unwilling to engage in any type of friendly customer service type "small talk". They act annoyed by hotel guests but chat happily amongst themselves. Everyone there is very rude and treat his staff like bumbling numbskulls while behaving in a hateful and tyrannival way. It's a toxic situation. I am only here because i have no other choice and just the same as every other hotel guest at this Motel 6. I used to enjoy Motel 6, hiwever, THIS Motel 6 is like the twilight zone.

Gentleman threatened to call animal control if i was not out by 11:00 and I couldn't rebook. I used to and always enjoy Motel 6. But this one is hostile.

I was bitten by bed bugs severely and they refunded me one day I did not spend there Never again Worst experience in my 65 yrs of vacationing

There was no air conditioning so it was hotter the hell and I asked to be switched and they said all roo s were no air
