Liebe unseren Aufenthalt im Splendido Hotel. Ich habe gemischte Bewertungen gelesen, so dass ich meine Erwartungen verwaltete. Es war ein schnelles Geburtstagsende mit meinen Kindern, die nicht nach Tagaytay waren und sie wollten Sprache Volcano sehen. Ich bin so froh, dass ich Splendido gewählt habe. Vollständig auf die positiven Bewertungen gestützt. Von der Mitarbeiter bis zum WLAN, vom Bett bis zum Bad, und die Ansicht OMG alles war perfekt. Ich liebe, wie das Personal verfügbar war, aber nicht hovering. Es war sicher, sicher und so ruhig! Meine Kinder können nicht warten, um zurück zu sein, und das tue ich. Danke Splendido!

NuukTaal ist ein sehr besonderer Ort. Eine erstaunliche Lage am See Taal gerade westlich von Talsay, die dramatische und manchmal tragische Geschichte des Sees und Vulkans stellt einen starken Widerspruch zur Ruhe und Schönheit dieser Landschaft dar. Das Hotelservice und das Essen sind hervorragend und das Personal ist so aufmerksam, freundlich und übermäßig freundliche Leute, die ich getroffen habe. Absolut schön und interessante Ruhe. Wird absolut freuen, zurückzukehren.

✅ we went there via commute, the place is accessible and easy to find. ✅ staff are friendly and attentive ✅ hair dryer by request ✅ we tried the other resto, bella ciao, a bit pricey but at least their food was decent. ❎ very small room. feels like im staying at a motel. i requested for a room with balcony. the balcony was very small and has a view of i dont know how to describe it. ❎ the hotel resto, organico gourmet, is meh . we ate there upon checking in, my bbq tasted ok and tender. but on the other order, meat was very hard. there are items on the menu that were not available. the coffee is just sad. oh God why!? ❎ a father and son was stucked at the elevator when there was a power outage. they have a generator but i didnt feel the sense of urgency to help them get out of the elevator asap. i felt sorry for them esp for the toddler as he seemed traumatized by what happened and he kept on crying ❎ pool was small and not heated (considering it's location) but it was ok. until it got very crowded because it is shared with the tenants from the residential area (some rented it out as guests). i hope you do something about it. may be have a different pool exclusive for hotel guests only. shower area was far from the pool, doesn't have any written directions as to where it was. so some just went straight into the pool without showering first. it was also very slippery, so i suggest you put something on the floor to prevent accidents. the area behind the glass of the pool was very dirty . not enough resting area or tables and chairs where we can put our things. ❎ since there was no towel exclusive for pool use, we had to bring our towel from our room. i called front desk to ask for a new towel since the other one was soaked already because we used it to dry ourselves from the pool. they are charging 50pesos for an extra towel. i mean really? overall, it was a bit expensive hotel but the experience didn't match the price. sorry but i will never go back and will not recommend it to anyone.

Nestled unter der malerischen Landschaft der Philippinen, bietet Taal Vista uns einen wirklich erinnere�rbaren Aufenthalt. Von dem Zeitpunkt an, als wir ankamen, wurden wir mit warmer Gastfreundschaft und einem Gefühl der Ruhe begrüßt, das durch unsere ganze Erfahrung durchdr�ckte. Das Zimmer war unglaublich sauber, erschütterte ein Gefühl von Komfort und Entspannung. Die atemberaubende Aussicht auf den Sprachvolcano aus unserem Fenster war einfach zu schütteln, und hinzugefügt eine zusätzliche Schicht von Charme zu unserem Aufenthalt. Wir fanden uns direkt außerhalb unserer Türen von der Schönheit der Natur gefangen. Die Unterkunft überstieg in jedem Fall unsere Erwartungen. Die Einrichtungen waren modern und gut gepflegt, um sicherzustellen, dass wir alles hatten, was wir für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und aufmerksam, immer bereit, mit allen Anfragen oder Anfragen, die wir hatten, zu helfen. Während unserer Zeit bei Taal Vista hatten wir die Gelegenheit, die kulinarischen Freuden, die wir in den Restaurants des Hotels anbieten, zu erledigen. Von den sauberen und komfortablen Unterkünften bis hin zu den atemberaubenden Blicken und dem unverschämten Service überstieg jeder Aspekt unserer Erfahrung unsere Erwartungen. Wir haben uns wiedergefunden und dankbar für die Gelegenheit, uns in einer ruhigen und schönen Umgebung zu betummen. Wir können nicht warten, bis wir wieder in Sprache Vista für eine weitere unvergessliche Getaway zurückkehren.

If you want to go somewhere quite and just chill this is the place to be. It has a stunning view of Tagaytay. The only down side is their pool has no heater so it would be freezing as expected lol. Their in house Spa inside the hotel is a super plus, super relaxing and not iver priced. I also love the food at their restaurant, I ordered a lot lol. Complimentary breakfast is standard. Parking lot is spacious when we came in. Area is accessible to nearby Tagaytay spots. I will definitely comeback if I am in the area.

The vibe in north wing is everything I needed. Additionally, foods are exceptional for the price. The pool was okay, although the kids wished to stay a bit longer but it’s too cold for them. 😂 Nevertheless, thank you so much for making our birthday extra happy.

We stayed at the hotel to attend a wedding a few minutes away. Hotel staff were generally friendly and helpful. The welcome is warm, though the individual standing guard at the gate could be a little more friendly. The hotel property is spacious and has a great view of the Taal lake, with the obligatory IG fixture on their lawn. It's obvious that the staff has experience in taking photographs of people and the scenery. Parking is ample, but not shaded. So the sun does beat down on vehicles. Best to keep the windows slightly open to let out the hot cabin air out. The hotel room is well equipped. Clean and functional. Room is well appointed. The pushbutton curtain is a welcome detail. Half finished renovations have marred the view from the balcony, but if doesn't totally ruin the overall experience. Noise suppression is a problem, as you can hear echoes from the lobby quite easily. The card receptacle was either disconnected or not working, as it did not shut off the electronics when the card is removed. TV viewing is juggling with two separate remotes instead of a universal one. No compendium in the room. Bathroom is clean and equipped with amenities. The Bathtub drain mechanism though needs to be attended to. Hot water is not as much as desired, but it does serve its purpose. WIFI in the room and around the hotel are not the greatest, for casual surfing and social media postings it's ok. Breakfast was ok, with the usual fair you find at other hotel properties. Pancakes could be better. The offerings didn't feature much local specialties. It would be good if the coffee is what Batangas was famous for. Sugar substitutes also would be nice. Waitstaff seems to not have a common theme in terms of uniform. At least they were prompt and present went needed, not dragging their feet when working. Unused furniture cluttered the corners of the dining space, making the audio equipment near the open gangway painfully out of place. The pool is beautiful. Not temperature controlled, but placed well enough to be under the sun most of the time. Not much space to go sunbathing. Clean towels are provided. Even though it's not a deep pool to begin with, there is a 'lifeguard' on duty. he could be a little more cheerful and approachable. Bathers though are in full view of the dining guests. So expect to be observed by the people inside in case you have a shapely figure. Safety signs are not that obvious. The Rules and Regulations poster could do with an update. It would be nice if the room had a compilation of literature that would recommend places to go to, places to eat nearby. A local map even. The hotel needs to clean up in terms of polish.

My last visit was 2 years ago.. and yesterday I tried it again (Sept 11-12) When we arrived the room is not yet ready and waited for 20 mins before releasing the room. The FO duty gave me the WIFI password for 2 devices only. while waiting we already connected to the wifi however when we arrived at the room the signal is so week and no internet connection. We called assistance, the IT officer went to our room and check.. He offered other wifi connection but still not working.. He went to our room thrice but the connection is not FIXED. ” wala man lang pasensya na po Maam,. kasi ganito ganyan,,,... Ang sabi lang niya is ”Malakas naman po ang internet bakit kaya di naconnect?” Connected naman daw ang phone nya bakit samin ay hindi. Para sabihin ko lang din Hindi outdated ang phone namin and Samsung naman. I am telling you dis cuz ito din nagig problem ko from last stay ko.. And ngayon di pa padin nag babago, walang improvement. Second, BOTTLED WATER. Nilagay namin sa ref yung 2 tubig then nung iinumin na namin.. don lang namin napasin na bawas na pala ung isang bote. Then sakto may dumaan na housekeeping sinabi ko ung about sa tubig. and yes wala nanaman sinabing ”pasensya or whatsoever” wala kumuha lang sya ng tubig.. tinanong ko pala sya kung libre lang ba ung tubig kung mag add sabi nya OO so pinalitan naman nya ung tubig namin 4 na bote ang binagay nya.. so ito na nga Gabi na ubos na ang tubig namin,. tumawag ako sa FO to refill again the water and sabi is MAY BAYAD na daw. Php 70 isang bote ng Summit Water 500ML. WOW. I am also working sa hotel pero ang tubig is libre kahit gaano kadami ang hingin.. my bayad man ang tubig pero un is kung ung branded talaga na bottled water. 500 ml na summit is 15 pesos lang... So namahalan ako.. ginawa ko nag padeliver nalang ako. Third, Last day.. I ask the FOA if possible for late check out. 1PM lang naman.. Ang sagot lang nya sakin is ... Ay Maam, hindi ko po alam tatanong ko lang po sa Supervisor. But nung time na un is sya palang naak duty so sabi ko babalikan ko nalang sya.. So, Over all.. I think, NEED ng staffs nyo ng training on how to answer queries.complain,concern ng guets.. Okay naman ung hotel nyo sana kaso if ganon ang staffs nyo pumapangit ang Image.

Das Zimmer war sehr elementar und klein mit kaum Platz zum Spaziergang. Es war jedoch auf einem akzeptablen Niveau der Sauberkeit. Das Spazierbereich um das Hauptgebäude ist nett. Das Personal war freundlich und willkommen. Wir wurden am nächsten Morgen ein komplimentäres Willkommensgetränk und Frühstück serviert. Der einzige Nebenteil ist die Lage. Zum Zeitpunkt der Buchung, ich wusste nicht, dass es so weit draußen sein würde. Es gibt kaum schnelle Restaurants in der Spazierweiterung, so musste man das Tricycle nehmen.
