"Please just be careful before booking this hotel. I'm not sure what's wrong here. The type of the room is not the same as the real one. it gets swapped with other room types. so better ask the property 1st before you book. Breakfast is nice. not many options but it's good. location a bit far from the city and challenging. The room was good. overall okay."

"The cabin itself was nice, and the surrounding pine forest was absolutely beautiful. Unfortunately, when we checked in, the cabin wasn't very clean — the pillowcases had stains, and there was still urine on the toilet seat, which was disappointing. We booked the executive cabin for three people, but there was barely enough space for our bags. Next time, we’ll definitely go for a bigger room. That said, we still enjoyed our stay overall and would love to come back!"

"Mungkin kalo 5* pertama “based on Location” sangat setuju tapi kalo untuk fasilitas dan pelayanan juga layout ruangan dan Lobby ya masih sama dengan 4* hotel-hotel pada umumnya. Belum bisa dikatakan 5* seacara keseluruhan, bahkan pada saat Check out harus menunggu re-check room yang dijanjikan sekitar 5 menit, bahkan sampai reconfirm setelah 5 menit itu kita yang balik lagi dan menanyakan, dan jawaban receptionist -nya bukan minta maaf bahwa mereka tidak inisiatif karena butuh waktu yang lebih panjang  tapi malah begini “apakah ibu terburu-buru? Kalo sedang terburu-buru tidak apa, silahkan ditinggal. Nanti apabila ada barang tertinggal kami akan telpon.” Halo………, kalau hotel ini dikatakan 5* sih ya “overclaim” menurut saya pribadi."

"Lokasi strategis gak jauh dari pusat Lembang dan wisata laiinnya. Proses checkin dan checkout cepat, kamar luas, ada ranjang tambahan. Suasana dingin tapi ada AC juga. Sarapan oke."

"Saung Balibu Hotel has just average standard rooms. Hotel cleanliness standards are just okays . Not a great experience. Breakfast Food is just fried rice with omelet or chicken and tea, not much options available for breakfast... Hotel has no AC in most of the rooms. Provided hot water facility. Hotel is located in outer of lembang that's why very close to many champing areas and forest areas... Just a Budget hotel."

"It was pouring otw to our point of interest so we decided to drop by the hotel to check it out and wait it out thru the rain. Staffs was super nice even though we were really early before the check in time. They mentioned only one room was ready and they will quickly prep another room for us. we waited for about 15 mins and they came with 4 umbrellas for each of us towards the hotel. Truly appreciate the hospitality and for them to try and let us check in eariler so we have somewhere to rest while waiting for the rest to stop Room is spacious, clean, nice view with a nice small balcony. High speed internet is also provided. The only downside is if you are an introvert and would be back at the hotel early you will have to deal with Karaoke session(thankfully doesn't sound bad) till about 10pm and after that there is a group of people bbq-ing downstairs with music ( might not be a everyday affair) so if you are a light sleeper perhaps can request for the higher lvl room facing the otherside."

"Pros : The hotel is good, the room is good, the food was okay. The location is great, you can visit some tourist places that near from the hotel, its saving your time. Cons : But there are points need to be improved/ noticed there are no hair dryer (executive double bed room) and the limited chanel tv and FYI for additional breakfast, for children, you need to pay 75k which is dissapointed because the menu are not that many 😁 It's our one night staycation overall was okay👍🏻"
