We are quite disappointed with this hotel. First of all, the floor hadn't been swept. It was quite dirty, as well as the glass walls covering the WC area. The sheets and towels were clean though. The view is pretty nice, but it comes at a price. The hotel location is not convenient. You have to take three buses after getting to the entrance of the town! It is quite a pain specially if you are traveling with suitcases. The last bus (the one that gets you from the center of Xijiang to the hotel and back) doesn't come by very often, most of the time you will be waiting for 15 mins or you will have to walk. The isolation of the hotel is very poor. Luckily for most of our stay we were the only ones there, but when there were other guests, we could hear them walking on our head as if they were elephants! There is construction work going on in the area and every morning we could hear them too. The owner was responsive, but the place was messy. I know that in this kind of hotels, they don't clean the room everyday, but we stayed 4 days and the owner did not ask if we needed the room cleaned or the towels changed, etc. We had to take out the trash ourselves. On one night, there was a blackout. It wasn't the owners fault. It affected the whole district, but it apparently happens often, and it comes to say that the area still needs to develop...

The hotel is located on top of a hill giving stunning views over Xijiang Village and its terraces. Be warned, it requires a couple hundred steps to reach the hotel and the road can be confusing the first few times, a good fitness level is required. There is a possibility to take an electric car to the hotel but it is very infrequent and you often have to wait a long time for it to depart. For me, waking up with this incredible view was worth climbing all the steps everyday. The room had all the necessary amenities, a comfortable bed and the airconditioning/heater was working as expected. I would stay here again.

I love the view of the hotel, although some of the furniture's are a little bit torn in the living room but the ones in the room are clean and tidy ! The owner has a really cute corgi, and he's very friendly in guiding us despite calling him multiple times a day to ask him for direction , bus transfer, and luggage transfer. I would recommend not to bring too heavy items like I did because the route to the hotel is a bit far and difficult until the bus station. It's a really chill hotel that's near another viewing point for the paddy field . The design is good too! Thanks to the kitchen , I managed to cook my own supper, and there's a convenience store right outside the hotel too. (Good-looking owner if you're wondering) You can even order luggage pick up service when you're leaving (at a price). There's also some food delivery available thru *******. That's all for my stay! 最近放假跟朋友來西江千户苗寨這邊玩，臨時入住這家民宿非常值得，推薦的原因其中我覺得最好的一點是他們酒店性價比是真的高，房間裏面該有的設施設備他們都有，像冰箱，洗衣機，空調，浴缸房都有，民宿的位置很不錯，靠近東引觀景台，在上面站牌下就可以坐車到達一號橋，一號橋裏面就是兩條主街，裏面有好多餐廳。民宿的觀景效果也OK的啊，可以看到梯田和苗寨。前台小哥很熱情，幫我們搬行李，小哥還推薦了好多遊玩的地方，去了小哥推薦的蘆笙場，好玩是好玩，就是人太多了點，人擠人的那種，玩了一會下雨了，剛下雨前台小哥就聯繫我們，需不需要雨傘啥的，還冒着雨給我們送雨傘，很貼心。下雨回到民宿身上有點濕。出去下雨，真的好無語，回到民宿就能洗上澡了，24小時熱水確實方便。最好整體的話，民宿住的舒適，我們玩的也很開心

最讓人暖心的是服務。前台工作人員辦理入住效率很高，還主動給我們推薦了周邊的小眾美食和景點。中途想借個充電器，一個電話過去很快就送到了房間，響應特別迅速。從進門到離店，每個員工都面帶微笑，讓人感覺格外親切。

民宿位置比較高，但有免費的村民車上來，不用爬山挺好的，管家也很熱情，下山接我們。在一樓休閑區的陽台就能看到綠油油的水稻，推薦推薦

酒店景色很好看，前台小姐姐服務態度也很好，雖然位置不太好找，但是小姐姐會接~

房間乾淨整潔住着舒服，所處位置比較偏，沒人引導估計得迷路。

被民宿外觀和外景、官方圖片誤導，以及價格—千把塊錢一晚，以為是比較高端的民宿，看了評價、選了半天，準備在千户苗寨住好一點，就訂了這家。實際上住宿體驗非常非常差，900多不知道住了個什麼。 1、酒店位置：一直在排隊、換乘、走路，歷時2小時多（已經減去吃飯時間）到達民宿。 第一步：步行。西門遊客中心步行至西門檢票口：10分鐘。 第二步：公交車。西門檢票口排隊坐景區公交車到長肖，排隊半個小時。 第三步：換乘觀光車或步行。下車點隨着人流走，到觀光車站，繼續排隊。此處排隊半小時至一小時起步。觀光車坐到一號風雨橋。 到這裏我們已經非常累了，拖着行李已經倒騰了好幾次了。一看又是烏泱泱的人，決定步行到一號風雨橋，步行1.5公里，時間25分鐘左右。 第四步： 換乘村民觀光車。民宿有人來一號風雨橋接，繼續轉乘村民觀光車。在一個小棚子底下排隊等，這兒又排隊排了半小時，純粹就是沒車，等着。。。而且毫無辦法，衹能等。走路上去的話全是非常陡的山路（試過下山是走10分鐘，上山就不知道了） 2、去景點或出景區（上述4步反向來一遍）：從上述路徑就能知道，我們要去一個景點，要先等下山的村民觀光車 或是步行下山。村民車的時間不固定，我們有一次等了半小時等到；有一次等了20多分鐘，村民車來了，不停，不知道為啥，直接走了（沒坐滿），無法再等，衹能步行下山。 到達村民觀光車山下的站點之後，再步行去換乘景區觀光車。 如果要去西門，那麼繼續換乘公交車，到檢票口，再步行一大段路出去到遊客中心或者停車場。 3、衞生：真的是到貴州之後住得最貴的一家、衞生最差的一家，客房佈置和用品都是低配版。這個客房條件、衞生水準、洗漱用品（一家幾口洗漱用品不夠，民宿找出來給我們的一次性牙具居然還是五花八門的），如果在鎮上，大概就是兩、三百一晚最多了。當然我在安順住過240一晚的親子民宿（還含早餐），衞生條件和服務都比這家好太多。 PS：這家不含早餐，景區內沒什麼可吃的。 4、服務：沒啥服務。除了到一號風雨橋來接了一趟（確實不接的話，完全找不到民宿的），入住之後，前台是沒人的。諮詢一些景區的情況，微信管家 入住前回複比較快，入住後愛答不理，晚上入住後有事找管家，不回覆；第二天早上問出行問題，隔幾個小時快中午了才回復 。整個白天我們從早上起床到退房走，前台一個人也沒見到，想問都問不着。 5、總之，傍晚到的苗寨遊客中心，折騰到晚上10點半才到民宿，早上出去也是各種等車，出門之後想回民宿休息，那就坐車再換乘回去。。。風景沒看幾眼，全在等車和換乘的路上。住個貴一點的民宿，想着服務應該也能好一點，能給我們一些景區指引、本地人推薦玩法之類的，完全沒有，人都找不着。糟心的體驗。

在山上，轉村民車上去後店家到路邊接行李，來之前已經温馨提醒不要太多行李。住在半山腰視野是很好的，住的是複式房，房間基礎設施齊全，開了暖氣也很暖，熱水偶爾出不來。有玻璃窗可看到外景，梯田和一部分寨子，不過冬天少了綠色，不然應該好看很多。如果陽台就更好了。酒店公共區域也很好拍照。當天遊客不算很多，坐車一切都非常順利，下山去一號橋我們都是走台階的，熟悉路的話五六分鐘就能下去，晚上自己摸索還是花了10來分鐘，上山等村民車就好了。 服務：很好，面面俱到 衞生：山上木質房子一定有瑕疵的 不能要求太高 環境：視野開闊 設施：基本上都有的

房間落地窗 明亮大方 大廳露台 很美。很安靜適合喝點小酒看看星星。推薦推薦喲。

民宿位於山頂，乾淨舒適衞生，店長小哥哥淳樸熱情，入住後恍如身處仙境：極具特色的全屋落地玻璃把苗寨美景盡收眼底，夜晚無數的燈光閃爍，宛如星河墜落在腳下。清晨，遠處連綿起伏的青山映入眼簾：哦，苗寨！
