For those looking to chill, there's a wood-burning fireplace and a sitting area right in front of it. All bedrooms have comfortable memory foam mattresses and each of them has a separate smart TV with Roku. During the winter, you can hit the slopes 15 minutes away at Shawnee Mountain. You can go snow tubing less than 10 minutes away from the house at White Lighting Snow Tubing or enjoy an indoor pools or tennis courts if you don't want to leave the community. In warmer months, you can spend time outdoors on two large decks and use multiple community pools, tennis courts, basketball courts, lakes. 6 amenity passes are included with the rental and no pass is required for children under 5. For those of you who just don't want to cook, there's a year-round restaurant with great food and it's just 3 minutes drive from the house. There are security cameras that are not monitored and recordings are automatically deleted. Cameras are installed for our guests' safety and are recording outside areas only.
