Our family of five stayed here for one night in a two bedroom suite. The room was very clean, and the suite was perfect for us. The master bedroom had a queen bed and an en suite bathroom. The other bedroom had two double beds, and a connecting bathroom. The sleeper sofa in the living room was also queen sized. Perfect for our family of kids, where the kids do not like to share beds. Plenty of parking, located 1 mile from the ABE airport. A Red Robin is located in the same parking lot, which is very convenient. Small sundry shop in the lobby that sells ice cream, snacks, and drinks. The only negative was that breakfast on the weekends does not start until 7:30 AM, and we had an early flight. Breakfast during weekdays starts at 6:30 AM.

The price wasn't too bad, the place was clean, lighting was good, plugs located strategically, the elevators were quick, bed was comfortable, shower was good. Had a fridge and an iron. But no blow dryer. Hmmmm. Parking lot was well lit. Location was close to the Interstate. I'm still leaving a five star rating. Oh, and they had a pool, but no hot tub.

Das Hotel selbst war schön, aber die Eincheckung war eine Katastrophe. Ich hatte vorhin angerufen, um dem Hotel zu erfahren, dass wir zwischen 2.00 und 3.00 Uhr ankommen, wegen einer späten Ankunft in Newark. Als wir um 2:45am angekommen waren, wurde uns gesagt, dass wir nach einer Stunde Fahren und noch 5+ Stunden auf einer Flugreise im Land nicht einchecken konnten, weil die Computer in der Mitte eines ”Reboot” waren, um den Abend zu schließen. Ich wurde gesagt, dass wenn ich anrufen würde, um ihnen zu sagen, dass wir spät angekommen wäre, jemand für uns voraus drucken würde, so es war offensichtlich, dass der Hotel-Ziffer, den wir nicht anrufen (wie wir bereits gesagt haben). Alles in allem mussten wir eine weitere halbe Stunde warten, um ins Auge zu nehmen, nachdem wir uns die Schlüssel wahrscheinlich nicht funktionieren, also mussten wir auf einen Wartungsmann warten, um uns ins Zimmer zu gehen und uns dann ins Haus zu lassen, und dann zusätzlich zu Verletzungen, am nächsten Tag, Das Front Desk ruft mich an und sagt mir, wir haben nie einen Kreditkartendruck hinterlassen (die wir getan haben, einer der Gründe, warten wir eine halbe Stunde), so dass wir wieder ins Hotel zu rufen, um eine Kreditkarte zu liefern oder riskieren, unser Zimmer für die zweite Nacht zu verlieren.

This hotel is very difficult to find, especially in the dark… signage is minimal if any. No real directions on where to park. There is a parking garage attached to the building. No safety measures that we could see; anyone could enter the maze of hallways…a gauntlet of twists & turns that you have to navigate on foot in order to find the actual hotel. UNSAFE!!!We were told NO luggage carts so be sure and pack lightly. Check in took FOREVER and there was no body in front of us. Front desk clerk was however very knowledgeable. No ice that we knew of. ***Excellent breakfast buffet on the weekend …it blew us away!!!AND very pleasant hostess. Requests were not met for additional towels. We would not stay here again even though we are loyal to Marriott.
