Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage, direkt neben SM, ein paar Minuten zu Fuß, gehen Sie zu anderen Einkaufszentren, es gibt andere Einkaufszentren im Pazifischen Ozean und sie sind ganz in der Nähe. Es ist einen Spaziergang entfernt. Das Tutu kostet 80 Pesos und der Wachmann an der Tür fordert 150 Pesos.
Die allgemeine Umgebung des Hotels ist nur für den Übergang. Es gibt einen kostenlosen Shuttlebus zum Flughafen. Sie können einen Termin im Voraus vereinbaren und es ist 10 Minuten entfernt. Mehrere Apotheken in der Nähe sind sehr praktisch, um Masken und Desinfektionsmittel zu kaufen. Hier sind nur wenige Chinesen und keiner packt sie.
Es gibt viele Mahlzeiten in SM, so dass es leicht ist, dort zu Fuß zu essen. Frühstück im Hotel, einen Tag Buffet, einen Tag Menüs, nichts zu essen, sehr einfach.
Im Großen und Ganzen ist der Service gut, es gibt viele jüngere Brüder, sie sind alle erwachsen und fühlen sich sicher.

Das große Schlafzimmer ist sehr komfortabel. Das ganze Hotel ist sauber und hygienisch und die Einstellung der Kellner ist auch sehr gut. Es gibt viele Einkaufszentren in der Innenstadt, die zu Fuß erreichbar sind (zum Beispiel: sm). Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr hoch. Und das heiße Wasser in der Hotelbadewanne ist sehr schnell. Und die Kissen sind auch sehr strukturiert. Für Leute wie mich, die lange in Hotels bleiben, ist es wirklich gut👍

What made me choose this hotel is because they have a swimming pool. And for that I didn't regret it because we had so much fun. The pool was great and amazing.

This place is just 7 min walk from the Legazpi Grand Terminal (buses to and from other provinces/regions). It's right next to Pacific Mall for groceries, pharmacy, Watsons, etc. It's also walking distance to Ayala. It alsi has a great view of Mayon.
Tess and the other staff were very friendly and helpful. It was raining so Tess lent us an umbrella.

Excellent service from Front Office, housekeeping and restaurant staff and nice location. But this hotel needs to bring up the cleanliness and upkeep of the room. Our room was full of cobwebs under shelves, exhaust fans and corners. Bathroom is terrible. Cloudy water, moldy sink and shower stall and oh my God toilet bowl is terribly dirty. Both rain shower and hand-held shower are not functioning properly. I had to borrow pail and scoop. Fridge/minibar is rusty. Wall paints chipped off. Stained linens. I suspect there is bedbug too. 2 of us noticed bite marks on our legs, hands and arms. The only complementing factor is really the staff service.

不知道是不是旅遊淡季，感覺服務不是很好。正常入住時間是14點，因為航班的關係，提前入住了。雖然酒店讓我們入住了，但是並沒有告知要額外收費，直到辦理退房的時候才多收了600比索。而且房間每一天都沒有打掃。

Wir buchen dieses Hotel für 1 Nacht Aufenthalt in Legaspi City. Opon Check in die Rezeption fragen für 300 pesos pro Hotelprotokoll Ich weiß nicht, was aber nicht im Buchung angegeben ist und wir buchen zwei Zimmer, so haben wir 600 pesos bezahlt. Das Zimmer für mich ist so sauber das einzige Problem ist, es gibt keine Lock auf dem Toilette, Bidet funktioniert nicht auch richtig die Heizung. Aber für jemanden, der nach billigeren Hotel sucht, ist dieses Hotel ok für nur eine Nacht Aufenthalt, um sich insgesamt zu entspannen ist gut für mich.

Die Lage war so gut. Wenn Sie ein wenig gehen, gibt es Banken und Parkkitedralen, so ist es ok, sie zu sehen und es ist sicher. Das Personal ist so freundlich und hören Sie Ihre Anfragen. Als ich fragte, wohin ich gehen soll und ob es einen Ziffernschreiber am Morgen gab, sagte er mir ohne Blockierung und kam sofort nach dem Verlassen des Zimmers an mein Ziel an 👍👍

JJuillardThe hotel itself is located close to the city and the mall. It’s clean and the most of the staff were accomodating. The rooms were clean and smelled good. Food served in the two restaurants in the lobby and on the roofdeck were great! Things I didn’t really like:
Power outages: I understand that there was a 12-hour blackout happening in the city and that the power supplier is a total mess. But a hotel of this caliber should have automatic backup generators that need to fire up as soon as there are power outages from the grid which should make the power outage unnoticeable. All throughout the night, there were at least 8 or 9 times that the power went on and off in quick succession in a span of an hour. I needed to get up several times to turn on the air conditioning system every time that there was a power outage.
Pillows: It was a little too firm for me. Laying on it positioned my head in an uncomfortable way unlike softer pillows or memory foam pillows which are more comfortable. The pillows also retained heat, which also added to the discomfort. I suggest investing in better quality ones considering the cost of the hotel (memory foam pillows and/or cooling pillow). I ended up sleeping with no pillow under my head, which was ok since the mattress has a good balance of firm and soft.
Shower: This may be a maintenance issue. The shower drain in my room (257) weren’t draining water well. It was probably clogged with hair or other foreign objects. The water filled the floor quickly which made it overflow into the room. Needed to use the towel to wipe off the puddle. Also, the hotel maintenance staff needs to fix the water pressure. It was too low and the shower head need maintenance since some of the holes are already probably clogged with mineral deposits.
One of the staff members in the Le Sans Cafe: I didn’t remember her name but she had this vibe that didn’t sit right with me. She was smiling to other customers but when I tried interacting with her to order food or ask for water, her mood seemed to change from welcoming to unwelcoming. It seemed like she didn’t want me in the restaurant to the point that I felt uncomfortable and felt afraid to get her attention. I had to wait for the other waitress/waiters to come by my table to ask for something. The other staff members were okay. They were smiling as they took my order and seemed genuine that they wanted me to be there.
Check out process: it took a little too long for the room check to finish upon my check out. Needed to wait 20 minutes in the lobby until they called my attention to tell me I’m free to go. Other hotels I’ve booked took less than 5 minutes and some didn’t even have to do a room check.
One staff member that had a RBF and the slow check out process are the reasons for my 3 star rating on service.
The clogged drain and faulty shower heads and low water pressure plus the constant power outage are the reasons for my 3 star on ammenities.
Hoping that the management or owner sees this so they can improve on an otherwise really nice hotel.

JJun LeidoEs ist ein praktischer Ort, um für Einzelpersonen oder Gruppen zu bleiben. Es ist eine schöne Nachbarschaft, obwohl etwas weit vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Eigener Auto wird gut sein. Aber für seinen Preis, müssen wir alle Erwartungen bewältigen.
So, für diese Zeit ist Red Doorz wieder mit meinem Geist.

Bed is on the hard side. No floor mat which is standard in all hotels and we forgot to ask as we are busy.
There is a good-sized outdoor pool, billiards table. Breakfast is so-so as there is no bread. Overall for the price that should be
okay?
Our minor complaint was the beer bucket promo of 599 which includes a bar chow. The kitchen was closed when we came and there is no more bar chow, not even peanuts but the price remains the same and the staff was inflexible for us to redeem it the next day.

FFulgencio PolThe place is very close to the mall and food park, as a traveller local and street food might think twice for cleanliness and water sensitivity, the place is not too bad few bad and good, water will disappear in n o time so better ask the front desk to put the water on. Not as cleaned as 3 star but can be done for 1 night,No elevator service if you have a large luggage and bad knee this place is not for you. Mall are nearby 5-7 mins walk.

ROOM
Our first room was okay, but the filter of aircon is dirty so we had the staff cleaned it. next, we would like to go out to swim but their SDB was not fixed in the cabinet so we dont think how was that ”SAFE” knowing that it can be removed. so we just let it pass. then going back after our dip in the pool, we took a shower, but voila! the drainage doesnt drain at all 😂 so we decided to request to transfer to another room. so on the next room, as you enter, you will smell that it was not used for a period of time. the carpet was dusty, you can feel it on your feet. in this room, aircon and bathroom are now okay.
RESTAURANT
Volcanic Grill - before it was so nice to lounge here because of the food, but during our stay, the food was limited and there is no meat to grill 😅 how was that called volcanic grill? we ordered other food, and tbh, it's delicious and big serving.
Breakfast - Since it is a weekday, we expect that it is not buffet, the food are not the same as before but it is still sumptious. we enjoyed our breakfast.
POOL
Of course, the hotel has the best view of Mayon. Nothing else to say, just look at the photo.
SERVICE
The staff are all respectful.
PRICE
It is a bit pricey given, they should have lower the price first to gain clients.

FFULGENCIO OBADODas Hotel ist sehr grundlegende, kein Kabinett, das Wasser im Tauch ist sehr langsam, hatte ein heißes Wasser. Seine Art von alter und keine richtige Mitte, kein Aufzug, so wenn Sie ein Problem haben, die Treppen steigen ist das nicht für Sie. das Bett ist gut, die Blätter sind bereits aus der Farbe weiß wird jetzt dunkel. TV-Rezeption ist schlecht, Ich kann dieses Hotel überhaupt nicht empfehlen.

LLopezDer Ort ist sehr bequem, um sowohl die Stadt Legazpi als auch das Mount Mayon zu erkunden, da es im Mittelpunkt zwischen beiden ist. Das Bett ist sehr komfortabel. Das Zimmer ist auch ruhig genug und sauber. Die verantwortlichen Mädchen sind auch sehr nett.
