"Ich habe gegen diese Einrichtung eine Beschwerde beim Better Business Bureau eingereicht. Ihre Website zeigte, dass die Zahlung zum Zeitpunkt der Buchung nicht erforderlich war und dass die Zahlung zum Zeitpunkt der Eincheckung zu entnehmen war. Allerdings zeigte sich auf dem Bestätigungsschirm, dass der Antrag nicht auf dieses Hotel abgeschafft oder zurückgezahlt werden konnte. Das Geld wurde tatsächlich gegen meine Kreditkarte vor dem Tag, an dem ich anmelden musste, gezahlt. Dies ist eine UNETHICAL Geschäftspraxis. Ich frage mich, ob die Beschwerde des Better Business Bureau an TRIP.COM gerichtet worden sein sollte. Ich habe die Reservierung storniert und musste den Prozess der Streitigkeit mit meinem Kreditkartenunternehmen durchlaufen. Aufgrund dieser Frustration werde ich niemals eine Reservierung in diesem Hotel buchen und werde nie, nie, nie verwenden Trip.com. Sie sind beide Unethical Lügner! Was mich betrifft, können Sie Ihre Reisemünzen nehmen und sie Ihren Arsch aufschieben!"

"Not a good experience at all. The physical appearance of the exterior of the facility looked inviting. Could barely understand the guy at the front desk due to a language barrier. Got to our room and it reeked immensely of a pine scent that I guess they sprayed all over the carpet because I couldn’t find a room deodorizer of any kind in the room. Couldn’t open the window as it was not made to be opened. Cranked the fan on the AC unit just to get some air movement as our eyes and throats were burning . Thought about asking for a different room but I’m sure it would have smelled the same way, as the hallways also smelled of the same strong fragrance. The bed was hard as a rock and we both tossed and turned most of the night just to wake up to a back ache. Sheets didn’t smell very clean either. Breakfast was okay but the coffee was very weak. Here’s a pic of how dirty the bathroom light switch was. Disgusting… I don’t know how this place had such high ratings before I booked the room. I’m kicking myself in the a$$ now for what I paid and we went through. Avoid at all costs…"
