Very friendly and helpful staff, nice big room (we loved the kitchen facility,!), clean, quiet, great breakfast. Lots of natural light! Free access to the spa was a great benefit, we loved relaxing thereafter a day of touring. Right down the street there are cafes, a bakery, a fromagerie, and a butcher.

Enjoying an optimal location in the town, with ample public parking across the street and an attractive physical plant, with a few more tweaks this really could be a four star experience. The staff are kind and attentive. While our room had four star ambiance, there were several frustrating demerits. A large armoire sits against a wall where the doors can be barely opened. A standup fan advertises AC problems, but there is no practical place to plug it in. Power plugs are located in the oddest places, two next to the floor at the door, and two practically under the bed. A minimal desk, under the flat screen television, has no light and no power plug. The biggest disappointment was breakfast. While linen napkins and quiet jazz music contributed to the ambiance, their buffet looks more like a 2-3 star hotel than a 4 star. Pastries, juice, jams and yoghurt are of mid range supermarket quality. The flow, such that it is. puts the guests in a very tight conga line to obtain their breakfast. We didn't try the eggs, but they appear to be cooked to order and served by a gracious employee. After several experiences of carrying heavy luggage up a number of stairs elsewhere, we were happy to have a ground floor room. But we could certainly hear someone tramping around the room above us. It is a reasonable conversion of an old school building, and there are charming courtyards front and back. Ir is a peaceful and dignified venue. But they need to fine tune some of their offerings.

Beautiful newly refurbished building with very comfortable rooms, good amenities and perfectly clean. Breakfast is a lovely setting but perhaps not worth fifteen euro pp each morning compared to a local boulangerie / fruit shop.

The most magical stay for our pre-wedding party. Stefanie and her team really pulled it out of the bag! Thank you for looking after our guests, providing a pre-wedding get together and answering questions all year round - Hotel Doc is a MUST stay if you want big rooms, attention to detail and cleanliness. Can’t wait to visit again!

what a disappointment. We cancelled a meeting with friends in Toulouse to get to the hotel in the afternoon to use the spa..we arrived 16.45 on Sunday to be told the spa closed on Sundays at 17.00..this information is on their web site when I rechecked (click onto the spa tab,which I did not do) did not expect it to close so early. We had 15 minutes to get to the pool,but second problem is noone gave us clear instructions how to get to the Spa ,which is accross the road,so we missed out..second we were then told we could not use the spa Monday morning,as Mondays are reserved for sick people only. It's a trek to get here. There is no restaurant here,so checking where to go tonight.

Another wedding..... So minimal time spent here but what time we had was enjoyed. We had a light lunch on arrival on the terrace which was very pleasant, the room and bathroom were good and the general hotel and setting very pleasing. Lectoure proved interesting with the antiques 'hall' close to the hotel well worth an hours visit.

We stayed here for 5 nights (8-12 August) and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. Great service at breakfast and lovely scrambled eggs cooked just to our liking. The people behind the bar and reception were so lovely. You could pay your bill anytime so you didn't have to queue when leaving on the last day. It was just so laid back. The deluxe apartment we stayed in was fantastic, beds really comfortable and not expensive when you split the cost 4 ways as we did. The only down side to the apartment was only having one bathroom. It wasn't really a huge problem but when there are four people trying to take a shower all at the same time it would have been great to have had another bathroom. Shower stayed hot though, unlike some hotels when if someone has had a shower before you they use all the hot water. There was small kitchenette with a fridge and coffee making facilities which was really handy. The hotel is located right in the heart of the town too, so handy for shops and bars. It's a hidden gem on the main street of Lectoure. The staff really went of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. They even offered to iron a shirt for one of my group. Just such brilliant service. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will hopefully return there again.

Excellent place to relax for several days in the south of France away from busy beaches and noise. The hotel is at the top of a small high street with lots of character, lovely walks or inexpensive bike hire to explore this beautiful region. Good restaurants, bakers, other shops are all on the high street few minutes walk from the hotel. Everything looks clean and the locals are helpful, polite.

Superbe étape dans une magnifique demeure. Avons profité de l’espace piscine . Dîner avec une délicieuse planche servie par Ioana dans le très joli salon. Accueil très professionnel. Tout est parfait…Nous reviendrons sans aucune hésitation.

Bel endroit : simple et sobre. WE en famille , une nuit a l hotel et profiter de l acces au SPA Chambre impeccable et equipee d une petite d une petite kitchenette. Le petit dejeuner est simple et complet Nous reviendrons pr profiter du SPA et d un soin

Attention établissement 4 étoiles, mais si vous y allez un lundi soir 19h30 un 24 juin pour y déguster une planche de charcuterie : pas de charcuterie , pas de pain , juste un petit pâté même pas maison, et si vous souhaitez une deuxième bouteille de vin blanc et bien elle n'est pas fraîche, soirée très décevante, si un tel endroit a 4 étoiles et bien nous ne sommes plus en France.

Nous étions 5 amies et avons passé une nuit dans ce bel hôtel situé au centre de Lectoure. Le bâtiment est magnifique avec une belle cour fleurie . La rénovation est sobre dans des tons neutres. Notre appartement comportait un salon avec un canapé transformé en lit, une chambre avec un grand lit et une chambre avec 2 lits simples. La salle de bains est agréable. Il est dommage que les toilettes ne soient pas séparées. Une petite kitchenette est bien équipée mais pas de torchon, produit de vaisselle , éponge… Le linge de toilette est agréable et des peignoirs permettent de traverser l hôtel pour accéder directement aux termes où nous avons passé un moment agréable, il y avait très peu de monde. A cette saison, aucun problème de stationnement, il y a un grand parking devant l hôtel. Le petit déjeuner est moyen , une seule machine pour faire les boissons chaudes, le service était un peu dépassé alors qu il n y avait pas énormément de monde. De façon générale, l accueil est sympathique.

Bel endroit, originalement restauré, directement relié aux Thermes. L'accueil a été professionnel, le personnel aimable. Les chambres sont propres et bien équipées. Amélioration possible : un torchon et une éponge dans la kitchenette. Du 2ème étage la vue est inexistante, dommage.

Nous avons passé un grand week-end dans le Gers dans cet hotel dont la rénovation est parfaite. la suite exclusive sur le patio intérieur est très bien. par contre le service est très limité et le petit déjeuner digne d'un Formule1 sans machine expresso par exemple. L'accès direct et gratuit au spa Thermal est une bonne idée bien que l'endroit sans charme mais en RDC des Thermes est plus pour les curistes que pour les non curistes. Je ne suis fait refouler à cause d'un maillot de bain de plage après être passée a plusieurs responsables qui ont oublié de me prévenir. Bref service très limite voire incompétent. dommage car Lectoure est très agréable et l'emplacement de l'hôtel à coté des brocanteurs top.
