We booked the hotel almost 2 months in advance. We booked 2 separate rooms. Upon our arrival, there were only 2 staff members at the reception and it was impossible to get the bags up because of how inconvenient their layout is. You have to climb up a set of 7-8 steps, and a rocky road to reach the hotel. After this already draining task the receptionist informed us about how their ACs aren’t working because of a thunderstorm the day prior, and how there isn’t anything he can do about it. If we knew this information a day prior, we wouldn’t have continued our stay in the hotel. The weather outside was 31-34° c and no one could’ve stayed a night without the AC. They gave us 2 rooms that did have AC but the temperature would’ve go below 23/24°c and it was as good as having no AC. The room was also much smaller than mentioned/shown in the pictures. The staff wasn’t helpful and upon a lot of convincing they said that they were able to get 4 of us 1 room at an extension of their hotel about 5-6 minutes away. We argued with them stating 1 room is clearly not enough for 3 adults and 15 year old, and that our booked was for 2 rooms, so it’s their responsibility to accommodate the same. Overall a terrible experience and the hotel had a complete lack of staff. I wouldn’t recommend the hotel to anyone else since the staff lack the basic courtesy to inform their clients about any problems occurring in the hotel which can clearly affect their stay. The extension of the hotel ended up being much better since it was recently renovated, had a better location & most importantly had a working AC which was a must during the summer here at Como.

An exceptionally clean hotel with the towels and bedding changed on a regular basis. A comprehensive breakfast which is exceptional for an Italian hotel. The quality of the restaurant food was equally good and the service inside the restaurant ( thank you Luca) was equally amazing. In fact all of the staff from the receptionist to the room cleaners were friendly, considerate and efficient. A lively location with a backdrop of lakes and mountains.

Es war alles super. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und das Personal einfach super nett. Professionell geführtes Hotel. Das essen im eigenen Restaurant ist hervorragend. Danke an das komplette Team. Tutto è stato fantastico. I proprietari sono davvero gentili e disponibili. E il personale è molto gentile. Hotel gestito in modo professionale. Il cibo nel ristorante è eccellente. Grazie a tutto il team Grazie Clara ti tutto e stato veramente bellisimmo da voi. Seite molto in gamba. Un saluto dalla Germania

Gute Struktur, in strategischer Lage. Sehr gutes Frühstück und sehr gute Reinigung. Großer Parkplatz. Leider ist die Struktur sehr vernachlässigt, ich habe 2 Doppelzimmer reserviert und gilt für beide Zimmer: Wind-Badewanne-Luft-Funktion, stark Feuchtigkeitsgeräusche in der gesamten Zimmer, Badetürkasten mit Holz, die aufgrund der Nähe zum Duschholz gebraten werden. Ich gab den Aufenthalt an ein paar Freunde, die mit mir reisen, wir haben trotzdem gut geschlafen, aber die Figur ist nicht dieselbe wie sie diese Struktur vor ein paar Jahren gemacht.

Das Hotel ist meiner Meinung nach ideal für den Umzug Richtung Como oder Lecco. Nur einen Steinwurf von diesen beiden Provinzhauptstädten entfernt ist es ein ruhiger Ort. Das Personal ist zuvorkommend, die Restaurantküche bietet einfache, aber sehr schmackhafte und authentische Gerichte. Mir persönlich hat das Zimmer sowohl von der Sauberkeit als auch optisch gut gefallen. Kurz gesagt, ein Hotel, das die vier Sterne, die es bereits hat, wirklich verdient!

Sehr freundlicher empfang bei der Ankunft. Die Besitzerin spricht sehr gut englisch Wir hatten ein Doppel Bett Zimmer dieses wahr angenehm gross, neu und sehr sauber. Das Zimmer war zur Berg Seite ”Bergsicht” da hört man den Zug welcher ein block weiter hinten durchfährt recht gut, hat uns aber nicht gestört. Leider hatten wir die zwei tage schon verplant darum nahmen wir kein frühstück und haben auch das Restaurant nicht besucht, sieht aber beides sehr gut aus.

Schönes Hotel, super freundliches Personal, leicht zu erreichen und luxuriöse, schöne, saubere Zimmer wie das gesamte Hotel. EMPFOHLEN

Das Zimmer ist relativ klein, die Einrichtungen sind relativ einfach, das andere ist sehr gut, die Lage ist sehr nahe am Pier, das Frühstück ist gut, die Altstadt ist sehr praktisch, der Balkon ist wunderschön, der Preis ist super gut.

Dieses Hotel liebte sich für seine große Mitarbeiter und Lage an den Küsten des Come Lake. Sie haben auch kostenfreien Zugang zum angrenzenden und schönen Villa Monastero Garten. Große Aussichten auf den See, und vor allem bei Sonnenuntergang. Es war ein großes Ende unserer Reise.
