Kleine Stadt und günstige Lage. Die Zimmer sind groß und der Balkon ist besonders groß und komfortabel. Die Wasserqualität in Städten ist relativ hoch. Das direkte Kochen des Wasserkochers wird nicht empfohlen. Das Hotel bietet kein Trinkwasser, daher müssen Sie es selbst kaufen.

Il B&b si trova in una posizione abbastanza centrale e tranquilla. Ho prenotato e inviato foto dei documenti per anticipare il check in. Al mio arrivo, alle ore 17 circa, non c'era nessuno ad accogliermi. Ho telefonato al proprietario che mi ha detto di prendere la chiave della camera posta nella cassetta della posta. La chiave non c'era per cui ho dovuto attenderlo 30 minuti perchè mi raggiungesse. La camera era fatiscente: arredata con pezzi abbastanza nuovi e con buon gusto, aveva bisogno di notevole manutenzione. La maniglia della porta si staccava, la mensola usata come comodino sporgeva in avanti, facendo cadere tutto, il bagno, grazioso, ma senza bidet, aveva i rubinetti del lavandino e della doccia che schizzavano acqua in ogni direzione, lo scarico del water funzionava male, c'era un solo rotolo di carta igienica mezzo utilizzato e non erano presenti i prodotti da bagno promessi (viaggiando in aereo non avevo portato i miei). Alle mie rimostranze il proprietario aveva la risposta pronta su tutto, dicendo che sapeva di questi disguidi, ma il tutto era in via di manutenzione. Anche la colazione casalinga promessa non poteva essere fornita perchè la sala era in manutenzione, per cui mi è stato dato un voucher per fruire della colazione in un bar vicino. Che dire? Se la stanza ha bisogno di manutenzione non la affitti. L'impressione è stata che la manutenzione fosse in previsione, ma procrastinata a tempi futuri. Considerato il rapporto qualità prezzo non mi posso lamentare, ma qualche accorgimento in più avrebbe reso il mio soggiorno più confortevole. Bastava entrare in camera con una pinza e un cacciavite...

Arrived in Lecce hotel to hot rooms, no in room internet, cots in rooms? closed pool and location in middle of no where. Very Late to try to organize a dinner in Lecce (on a Friday night) Hotel food service was disapponting . Limited menu, poor service, unpleasant atmosphere (in a large banquet hall) This hotel was a big disappointment. Too far from the city as we were booked in for three nights as part of a tour package. Hotel tried to tell us that rooms do have wifi internet. Previous reviews on social media say that this hotel has spotty/no Wi-Fi in rooms. Appears to be on going issue. Given it is classed as a conference centre I don't know why they didn't have suitable internet. Throughout our other 3 weeks in Italy it was never a problem. Guests should be informed prior to stay that outdoor pool closes Sept 1st. Would have definitely spent last afternoon at pool if we could. Instead, looked at a green pool through the window. Generally grounds looked a bit overgrown and under managed. Surrounding area around hotel and roads leading into hotel were dirty and unkept.

We had a suite on the 4th floor. The good stuff: 1. Hotel is in a great location 2. The room was very large and it had a lovely big terrace 3. Room was well appointed and spotlessly clean 4. Lovely big comfy bed 5. The valet parking service is very efficient 6. Welcoming staff 7. Water, fruit and sparking wine in the room The stuff that could be better: 1. Very small bathroom considering the size of the room with weirdly a huge 2 person jacuzzi bath in a separate room which I couldn’t work out how to use. Would be better to have a decent size bathroom with an ordinary bath in it 2. Breakfast not included and was overpriced at 25 euros per person to add it on 3. No tea or coffee making facilities 4. There were so many light switches and lots of them didn’t make sense. It took ages to work out which switch turned on each light. Overall I recommend this hotel as a good place to stay.

Ho soggiornato all'8+hotel per la seconda volta, dopo alcuni anni e continua a non deludere. Hotel accogliente,pulito,con posto auto. Nelle vicinanze ci sono pub, pizzeria e ristoranti di qualità. Il Ristorante dell'hotel il NEGROAMARO è una OTTIMA location x cena e pranzo con un OTTIMO menù con piatti molto curati e saporiti. Colazione abbondante ottima la crostata e il PASTICCIOTTO leccese. Il centro si raggiunge facilmente in auto
