No me gusto nada la habitación ni la limpieza

Good location. Cheap and cheerful - good value. Breakfast of coffee and croissant around the corner was included.

Mirage in name, mirage in nature. When we arrived we were told there was no booking, then when we pointed out we were expecting an apartment, not a room, we were told we’d have to pay extra. Then we showed them a copy of our booking, they admitted that the apartment had a plumbing problem and was not available. They put us in a terrible room with a broken shower door and missing toilet seat. Room hadn’t been cleaned properly. We complained and were moved the next day to an apartment (not the one we booked) but it had a bath/shower. We had specified a separate shower, so we had to make the best of it. We were in Lecce for 3 days and the accommodation left a sour taste. One staff member was helpful but the one who checked us in was terrible.

The property said they didn't get our booking from *******, even though we had confirmation and had pre-paid for the room. They tried to move us to another hotel but we had pre-paid and they also had an upgraded room available in the same property. When I refused they put us in the upgraded room.

I was unable to stay at the facility because it was cancelled the same day I arrived at Lecce. I had booked through *********** and had been notified some days before that the facility had rejected the credit card with which I had guaranteed the booking (the actual payment should have been made directly at the facility). I was asked to re-enter the details of my fully functioning credit card (with more than enough funds) and it was rejected again. At that point I called the facility who advised me to try with another card. I did so and after 5 days (a few hours before my arrival) the card got rejected again. I called back and they told me to try entering the card details once more. I did so, and everything seemed correct until two hours later I got a message from *********** saying that the facility had cancelled my reservation. I called the facility again and the person in charge said they couldn't do anything about it because they had already given away my room (booked more than 5 months earlier). Deeply annoyed I said that I would have taken action about it and left a negative review. The person in charge threatened me saying that if I did so she would go to the lawyers. Fortunately, there are also a lot of good people in Lecce and I found another accommodation (paid for without any problem with the same card that had been rejected by Mirage). Could it be that my one-night reservation in August was more trouble than gain for Mirage? I will stay with the doubt, but I warn Mirage I will be happy to have a colleague-to-colleague chat with the lawyers they mentioned.

great location to centro storico. Very secure locks on doors, important for singles. Wi/fi could be stronger.

Pessima esperienza. Gestione inadeguata della prenotazione e mancanza di trasparenza. Stanza poco confortevole, spazio altamente inadeguato per quattro persone. Sconsigliatissimo, unica nota positiva la posizione ma purtroppo non basta...

Andiamo per ordine: Annullamento prenotazione per carta non autorizzata. (sempre fatto prenotazioni con la stessa carta e mai problemi), in ogni caso mi contattano privatamente per confermare lo stesso la camera, e fin quì sembra tutto ok. Ad 1 ora dall'arrivo in struttura ci contattano per sapere fra quanto avremmo fatto il check in ed una vota indicato l'orario ci inviano su Whatsapp l'indirzzo della struttura (li per lì non abbiamo fatto caso ma era diverso da quello prenotato). Arriviamo in struttura facciamo il pagamento delle tasse di soggiorno, ci fanno lasciare i bagagli in stanza perchè ancora da pulire e sistemare. Andiamo in giro per Lecce e per ora di pranzo torniamo in struttura, e da lì cominciamo a visionare per bene tutta la stanza, tutto è tranne quello che fanno vedere in foto. Una stanza veramente fatiscente e senza un minimo di decoro, sprovvista anche del semplice contenitore per gli spazzolini e neanche un bicchiere di plastica in confezione monouso per sciacquarsi la bocca. Mattina dopo come colazione ci aspettavamo la colazione come da descrizione, ed invece ci danno dei ticket per fare colazione presso un Bar con loro convenzionato, per prendere un caffè o cappuccino ed un Cornetto. Di seguito allego anche le foto. Da precisare una cosa che la Struttura Prenotata Central Plaza dalle foto e dalle Rensioni era positiva, invece la Struttura Mirage era stata scartata per recensioni negative. Non consiglio la struttura (eccetto che facciano risanamenti nelle stanze e indicano precisamente ed esattamente i servizi offerti)
