Super 8 by Wyndham Lebanon

Breakfast was nice, they had biscuits and gravy, a pancake maker, hard boiled eggs, and more. They are under renovations, which lead to the poor cleanliness reviews. Staff: Amber was great! The guy in the morning never said hi and made me feel uncomfortable. Roomkeepers were super and helpful. Our room's bath amenities were empty or broken, but at least we had hot water! My cousin 3 doors down only had lukewarm water. Oh, and the pool is empty.

Property was under renovation. Nothing was said upon booking. Found out during check in. Hotel has two floors with no elevator. Had to climb stairs with baggage in hand.

After a long day of travel, my girls just wanted to relax and enjoy the pool. It is not functional at this time. The bed was uncomfortable. We ended up staying across the street on our return home.

Property is still being renovated, it was that way in March when I stayed for 2 nights. No hot water! Price is little bit higher than it should be for this location.

This was really a big disappointment, as the hotel was under reconstruction and the swimming pool wasn't available, the room didn't have hot water / then did / then didn't, etc....

Reception was very helpful. The property is undergoing renovations so that there are many rooms that are not used. There is no elevator.

Early morning guy was less than helpful I l with the.pancake maker. The mid afternoon lady was amazingly helpful. She was able to get us a ground.floor room. She was very nice.

They were under construction so there weren’t a lot of amenities. I wish there had been some kind of notification of what was happening at the property

The staff was very helpful and courteous at check in and out. The building and rooms need a good makeover. Room was clean except for floor. Worst of all the sink not only backed up, it started filling up to the point we had to bale the water out before it overflowed. Guess the water came from other rooms. Reported the problem, hope they fix it.
