The bathroom had a bath and sink, although there was little space for toiletries and there was only 1 small mirror which, as 3 girls, we would have appreciated 1 or 2 more for getting ready. The location is close to Le Mans centre and easily walkable to most places that we needed to go 😊"

"Accor Hotels you cannot be serious???? THIS hotel is an Ibis Style????? I have NEVER stayed in such a sad, run down and neglected hotel anywhere in the world and this place surely cannot be an Ibis?? From the outside the place looks awful and inside it gets worse, to be honest. We were given a handicapped room (which we had not booked) and there was no kettle, no fridge and the big poster cum headboard was hanging off the wall, but when we protested the reception lady told us that all the rooms are like that. Really. We had no alternative as I had prepayed but this was perhaps the worst Ibis ever. Outside the hotel there were many dropouts begging for money and the stench of urine in the car park was truly awful NEVER AGAIN. For sure."

"First of all, it's not a guesthouse as they claim, but more like an Airbnb because you never see anyone and everything is controlled by a code. If you have a problem, no one answers, or only an hour later. Good location in the city, nice room, but the cleanliness leaves much to be desired. In the refrigerator, there were two small bottles of water, one of which was already opened! For breakfast, if you order cereal, you have to ask for the cold milk that goes with it. We selected salted butter and received unsalted, and the brioche was just a sliced supermarket brioche... In short, it's not worth the price."

"I couldn't have received a warmer welcome than I got from Brigitte upon arrival. Every morning there was fresh juice, yogurt, wonderful confitures, fruit, cereal, etc. The place was immaculately clean. I stayed in a gorgeous room, actually rooms! upstairs. The bed was so comfortable. I felt lucky to stay in such a historic building. The location made you feel like a local, right by the cathedral with plenty of restaurants and shops to explore on the cobbled streets. Paid parking right outside the front door too."
