Room furnishing is run down. Carpeted floor feels dirty. Bath Towel is thin and washed.

Lage ist gut, Parkplätze am Hotel. Privileg Zimmer mit guter Größe, tolles großes Bett mit Beistellbett für die Tochter. Minibar mit kostenlosen Getränken. Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne, prima. Allerdings war die Dusche leider schon etwas älter, sowie der Teppich im Zimmer. Nachts hörte man durch den Regen den Abfluss der Regenrinne sehr laut, da wir direkt unterm Dach nächtigten. Frühstück nicht sehr gut coronagemäss organisiert. Wir wollten keine direkten Tischnachbarn und setzten uns weiter weg. Hier wurde uns dann klar gemacht, dass der Bereich nicht freigegeben sei. Schade, man hätte dadurch alles ganz leicht entzerren können. Auch waren viele der Speisen nicht einzeln verpackt oder geschützt angeboten. Hier nehmen manche oft etwas mit den Fingern statt mit einer Zange zb. Also nahmen wir uns nur etwas aufs Zimmer mit und aßen dort. Insgesamt waren wir aber sehr zufrieden. Insbesondere beim Empfang war die Dame fit und checkte uns schnell ein, während wir erst noch auf den Parkplatz fuhren. Wieder einmal negativ zu bemerken: Getränkegutschein für Accor Mitgliedschaft nur für eine Person… ich setze mich wohl kaum ohne meinen Mann und Tochter an die Bar… dies hatten wir in etlichen anderen Accor Hotels anders erlebt, falscher Geiz hier, schade.

We were very impressed with the quality of this hotel. The rooms were impeccably clean, which greatly contributed to our comfort throughout the stay. Additionally, the staff was extremely professional and attentive to our needs, always ready to assist us with a smile. Their dedication to service truly made our experience pleasant and worry-free. First hotel that does not have a wine opener !!!! One they will not give you the wine opener in yr room and tell u bring yr hottle down to the reception so they can open for you. Step two, when you go down they do not have a wine opener avlbl now !! really ?????!!!!!! you are in france !!! even a village hotel would arrange for a wine opener if thats whats needed. -Their breakfast spread is poor. -If the AC does not work electrician is only avlbl on mondays. too bad you checked in on monday evening 🤷🏻‍♀️ -Parking is not avlbl all the time. -Internet practically unavlbl. -Room keys are reset every few hours ! -They do not give a single bottle of complimentary water beyond the first day of checkin. House Keeping is the only thing that was good. And the location. Suite was a decent size for three of us.

Unfortunately we only stayed 1 night very comfortable rooms, a great variety of food for breakfast. We arrived at 21:30 and due to one of the chefs having an accident before work it had to close early so we just used uber eats to order in some food, Cydrick and Florian what can I say apart from you are both amazing members of staff you take customer service to the next level thank you we will definitely be back to stay again

Such a shame , lovely building ruined by smelly rooms BO smell, no air con , food was appalling the waitress and cook were outside having a cigerette when we arrived at the resultant and came in at 7.05 sticking of smoke not a good start . The charcuterie was packet chicken and ham the main fish was frozen like you give a small child not at all like you see on the Mercure website ! Avoid the restaurant

The hotel was created out of a large insurance company office. The common spaces are well done, but the rooms are pretty basic. The online photos make them seem better than they are. That said the staff is amazing and the bar was a fun place to hang out. Parking lot connects to the lobby. Very convenient.

Great Hotel, booked a suite as there were 3 of us, and was surprised that there was massive bedroom sitting area plus another bedroom upstairs. Lovely large bathroom, and perfectly situated close to the centre of Le Mans. The hotel had a private car park which was very secure, and lovely staff to greet us on our arrival. Booked with breakfast included, and staff were very attentive and helpful, could not fault the staff at all. Lovely stay, and great town to visit.

The Hotel is a large stone building Which we liked. We stayed in a suite (421) which was very spacious , clean and well appointed . The bed was huge. We didn’t hear any noise from outside the room. Reception Staff were very helpful . The car park is secure. We had the breakfast express ( coffee and croissants ) . The dining room was quite busy with a somewhat frantic air generated by some folks who were busy stuffing themselves from the buffet . However , it worked for us. Would stay again.

A very disappointing experience from a hotel that claims to be four star. Upon arrival we were very surprised to be told that their restaurant and bar were both closed and we would have to walk into town to get a meal however our biggest shock was how dirty the hotel was, our room was absolutely filthy and had clearly not be properly cleaned in a long time. The bathroom was equally bad with several human hairs seen in the bath. We complained at reception but we were told no other rooms were available. With this in mind we cut short our stay and checked out the following morning. We cannot recommend this hotel and would not return.

The ideal place for a business trip, clean rooms, standard decoration, standard breakfast, nice staff, but I'm wondering if the rooms in the ancient part of the hotels aren't more stunning and beautiful? I hear there's a suite on the top floor which is really worth it. This is perfectly clean, perfectly comfortable, And rather ordinary.

A stunning hotel in a great location Friendly staff and very clean. The room was a nice size and the bed was really comfortable. A short walk into the main square with bars and restaurants and a stunning light show every night in August. Would recommend 😊

The hotel was easy to find and very accommodating following a very long journey which delayed our arrival. Staff are very friendly and only too happy to help. Rooms are very clean and very spacious. Thank you for an enjoyable stay!

In May this year I made a booking for the next year, for a long weekend. After a month, I received an email 'confirmation of cancellation' as if I requested the cancellation. When I enquired about it, I received a dry answer saying 'the hotel is fully booked, thank you for your understanding!'. But if it was fully booked for the time, how come a room still appears as available, for the exact same period, but at the exorbitant price of 14k?!? I conclude that either they do not have the room, so they are lying about availability, or they do, and they lied when they cancelled my booking. Either way, I would not advise trusting this hotel! you might end up planning a trip and having no where to stay!
