Guest house "LenArt" was built in 2007 and is a three-storey family hotel of "Standard" class. The guest house is located 450 meters from the Black Sea coast in the village of Golovinka in the area of the sanatorium "Azure Coast".
The guest house offers 16 rooms of various categories. All rooms have a private bathroom, all rooms, except for rooms of the category "Economy", are equipped with a split system. Economy rooms have fans. All rooms are equipped with a flat screen TV (DTV 20 channels) and wireless internet access. Rooms of categories "Comfort" and "Superior" are additionally equipped with a refrigerator, kettle and hairdryer.
On the territory of the guest house there is an outdoor panoramic pool, a sun terrace, a summer outdoor kitchen-terrace and a closed kitchen-dining room equipped with everything necessary for cooking, storing and eating, located on the first floor of the guest house building.
