Façade du côté autoroute très bruyant, à l'arrière sûrement moins. Base de lit en tôle ??(faut pas frappé dessus surtout si quelqu'un dort). Une seule machine à glace pour tout l'hôtel. Pas de lait ou crème dans le frigo pour le café. Quelques petits ajustements encore, hôtel neuf et propre.

Wir haben unlängst am Flughafen Novotel Montreal geblieben und einen tollen Aufenthalt hatte. Das Hotel war sauber und die Zimmer waren geräumig. Das Personal war sehr willkommen und kümmerte sich um uns. Danke Rose bei der Bar! Sie war erstaunlich und machte uns zu Hause fühlen. Wir trafen Tony, der Generalmanager, als wir auscheckten. So ein netter Mann! Sehr freundlich und willkommen und sicher, dass wir während unseres Aufenthalts betreut wurden. Ich würde sicherlich wieder zum Novotel Montreal Flughafen zurückkehren, wenn wir wieder in Montreal. Was für ein fantastisches Team!

Personnel très accueillant, prix correct. Chambre propre mais vieille. Salle de bain bien rafraichie. Déjeuner continental très minimaliste. Lit correct matelas en peu trop dur. Dans l'ensemble j'y retournerais pour une nuit si je suis de passage.

Very good hotel close to airport. Would definitely return. Pros - amazing staff that are very customer focused (kuddos to the manager and training given) - this is a major differentiator - good gym that has descent equipment - whilst no restaurant or room service, basic food options available next to lobby - shuttle every 30 min to airport (with excellent driver that is also client focused) - good treatment of Ambassador and BonVoy status traveller’s - very good wifi - relatively new hotel Cons - no room service - no hot breakfast - pool has no sauna

This is a new hotel so everything was new, the service was good, have good breakfast. The people working at the breakfast bar seems to try too hard on getting around guesses to be on top of the things there, but it would be nice if they could chilled off to let guesses help themselves and out of the way first. Front desk clerks are available if you have questions, but it would be nice if they could try a little smile sometimes. I am from the US and have been in the people business my whole life so I am big on being friendly and curtesy, doesn't matter how bad of the mood you are in, but I don't expect the foreigners to do that. I like the place so I leave a 5 stars.

Trotz einer ersten schlechten Erfahrung am Telefon vor der Eincheckung (Ich habe gefragt, um sicherzustellen, dass meine Kreditkartenzahlung nicht gebockt und die Person am Telefon war ziemlich brutal), bin ich sehr zufrieden mit meiner Gesamterfahrung, Die Einrichtungen und die Personalfreundlichkeit gingen über und über meine Erwartungen hinaus. Die Zimmer sind ziemlich geräumig mit viel Lagerung, ich genossen auch sehr, mit nützlichen Einrichtungen in der Küche, die Möglichkeit, die Waschmaschine und Trockner jederzeit zu verwenden, waren sicherlich ein Plus - genau wie der Waschmaschine. Das einzige, was ein wenig aus-putting war, war, dass man ein paar Haare im Bad gefunden, auch die Tatsache, dass es nicht wirklich möglich war, den Tub mit etwas heißes Wasser zu füllen (es war eine Art von Auslaufen nach einer Weile). Insgesamt war meine Erfahrung sehr positiv und ich würde sicherlich sehen, dass ich wieder ein Zimmer im Hotel Saint Laurent buchen würde.

Hotel photos are not accurate. We booked into room 513 as we wanted a room with a sofa bed.....a useable sofa bed! Sofa was pushed up against the radiator... in fact, it was actually touching the radiator. It was just too hot to sit down with heat blowing directly onto our face. The sofa bed was positioned in such a way that when opened it was not functional as no one could get in or out of it nor the left side of main bed. Definitely a safety issue in case of an emergency. Spoke to manager at check out and she stated that she ”was in every room every day” thus she must know that the room is smaller than quoted size. design and that sofa is useless as a place to sit or sleep. When we asked for the room to be serviced on third day the staff asked if we wanted the bed made also. Of course! Assumed they were only wanting to give us two clean glasses and a clean towel. Service in restaurant was awful! Slow and not attentive. Empty bottles remained on table until we asked for them to be removed, water was never refilled, food was either luke warm or cold. Restaurant was not busy when we had dinner so there was no excuse for the 2 staff to offer such poor service. The manager offered to give us a free night when I said I would write a complaint but we strongly declined. Will not return nor will we recommend it to anyone! If you need a room with a useable sofa bed, do not accept room 513 !
