Personnel très accueillant, prix correct. Chambre propre mais vieille. Salle de bain bien rafraichie. Déjeuner continental très minimaliste. Lit correct matelas en peu trop dur. Dans l'ensemble j'y retournerais pour une nuit si je suis de passage.

Façade du côté autoroute très bruyant, à l'arrière sûrement moins. Base de lit en tôle ??(faut pas frappé dessus surtout si quelqu'un dort). Une seule machine à glace pour tout l'hôtel. Pas de lait ou crème dans le frigo pour le café. Quelques petits ajustements encore, hôtel neuf et propre.

We spent a week at Home2 Suites par Hilton and were very satisfied with our stay. The front desk personnel (Linda and Shanti) wer every helpful and went out of their way to make ouyr stay pleasant. The fellow doing clean-up (Ubes) was everywhere working hard. The breakfasts were varied with hot and cold foods to everybody's taste. The eating area was clean and colourful...very inviting. Our room was as described online and served all of our accessible needs well. The suite was a very comfortable accommodation.

This is a new hotel so everything was new, the service was good, have good breakfast. The people working at the breakfast bar seems to try too hard on getting around guesses to be on top of the things there, but it would be nice if they could chilled off to let guesses help themselves and out of the way first. Front desk clerks are available if you have questions, but it would be nice if they could try a little smile sometimes. I am from the US and have been in the people business my whole life so I am big on being friendly and curtesy, doesn't matter how bad of the mood you are in, but I don't expect the foreigners to do that. I like the place so I leave a 5 stars.

Wir fliegen nach Montreal und blieben eine Nacht im Fairfield. Wir wurden vom Flughafen mit einem freundlichen Shuttlebus geholt und in Minuten waren wir im Hotel. Einchecken war sehr schnell und die Mitarbeiter waren sehr effizient und freundlich. Unser Zimmer war sehr geräumig und hatte die Komfort zu Hause. Nachdem wir unsere Gepäck ins Zimmer gelegt haben, gingen wir zum Bar für einen Getränk und wurden von dem Preis einer Flasche Bier zurückgenommen $10.00 Das kontinentale Frühstücksbuffet war fantastisch mit vielen Auswahlmöglichkeiten. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel sehr und es ist sehr nah an der Dorval Via Bahnhof.

Wir blieben über das Neujahr und hatten einen großen Blick auf die Menschen, die sich auf dem Weihnachtsmarkt versammelten. Das Zimmer war sauber und war wie erwartet. Die einzige Seite des Hotels ist, dass es nicht sehr bequem ist, zum Ausgang zu kommen, da Sie zuerst durch die Halle gehen müssen, bevor Sie die Lobby erreichen und dann einen weiteren Aufzug in die Zimmer nehmen.

Einfach zu finden. Ein sicheres Gebiet. Dieses ist ein neues Hotel, sehr sauber. Betten gut. Wasserdruck gut. Dusche ausgezeichnet. Aufzüge gut. Kontinental Frühstück gut. Pool ausgezeichnet (und sie bieten plumps Pool Handtücher). . Ruhig Hotel. WiFi gut. Funky, stilvolle Beleuchtung, Design, etc. Ein semi-industrielles Aussehen, aber nicht kalt und steril. Ganz fantastisch. Es gibt einen Außensitz/sozialer Bereich. Personal war hilfreich (das Murphy Bett muss frei sein und sie kam kurz nachdem wir sie gebeten haben, das zu tun.). Keine Kleider, aber da das Königsbett wirklich ein König ist, hatten wir genug Schlafraum. Die Obergrenzen im Zimmer sind 14-15 Füße hoch, so ein riesiges Fenster, das schön ist. (Ein Hügel: Die Gürtel machen einen guten Job, um das Morgenlicht zu schwarzen. Aber da sie so hoch sind, ist es unmöglich, sie vollständig gegen die Wände zu schnüffeln, wenn Sie wissen, was ich meine. So ein wenig Licht snuck in den Kanten. ) Wir bezahlten ca. $220 US. am Samstag, was fair war. Wir genossen wirklich unsere eine Nacht hier.

Hotel photos are not accurate. We booked into room 513 as we wanted a room with a sofa bed.....a useable sofa bed! Sofa was pushed up against the radiator... in fact, it was actually touching the radiator. It was just too hot to sit down with heat blowing directly onto our face. The sofa bed was positioned in such a way that when opened it was not functional as no one could get in or out of it nor the left side of main bed. Definitely a safety issue in case of an emergency. Spoke to manager at check out and she stated that she ”was in every room every day” thus she must know that the room is smaller than quoted size. design and that sofa is useless as a place to sit or sleep. When we asked for the room to be serviced on third day the staff asked if we wanted the bed made also. Of course! Assumed they were only wanting to give us two clean glasses and a clean towel. Service in restaurant was awful! Slow and not attentive. Empty bottles remained on table until we asked for them to be removed, water was never refilled, food was either luke warm or cold. Restaurant was not busy when we had dinner so there was no excuse for the 2 staff to offer such poor service. The manager offered to give us a free night when I said I would write a complaint but we strongly declined. Will not return nor will we recommend it to anyone! If you need a room with a useable sofa bed, do not accept room 513 !
