Sehr gut, der Standard ist sehr hoch, die Ausstattung der Zimmerdekoration ist gut gepflegt, die Dekoration ist exquisit, der Stil ist schön, die Lebensmittelhygiene, Platzierung, Qualitätsstandards sind hoch, die Einstellung und Reaktion der Rezeption auf die Problembehandlung ist sehr zeitgemäß und durchdacht, die Beleuchtung, der Geschmack und die Kunstwerke des Hotels sorgen dafür, dass sich die Leute wohl fühlen, die Lobbybar ist komfortabel und hat eine gute Atmosphäre.

Die Lobby-Zone wurde kürzlich renoviert, mit einem Kaffeebereich mit Kaffee und lokalen Produkten. Das Restaurant war uns etwas enttäuscht, als wir am Morgen zu besuchen versuchten und niemand scheint uns zu servieren. Allerdings war das Front Desk Personal unglaublich hilfreich und nett. Wir reservierten die Residential Suite, die auf einem neu renovierten Stock war. Die Einrichtungen waren spotless, wunderschönes Zimmer mit allem, was Sie brauchen könnten. Die Dusche war fantastisch und das Bett sehr komfortabel. Die Küchenbereiche hatten einen Tisch, und sie gaben unserem Baby einen hohen Stuhl, als wir es beantragten. Nach unserem schrecklichen Erfahrungsverlauf im Restaurant bei unserem ersten Besuch bestellten wir das Zimmerservice zum nächsten Mal für das Frühstück.Der Preis ist für die Qualität der Lebensmittel verärgert und ich würde es nicht empfehlen. Der Poolbereich ist neu renoviert und absolut wunderschön. Es gibt eine Heizungsstube, eine trockene und eine sauna und einen perfekten erwärmten Pool in entspannender Umgebung. Wir genossen unsere beiden Aufenthalte und werden sicherlich wieder besuchen.

Recently stayed at this hotel - Suport staff were rude, condescending and unwilling to open up common areas for friends and family to converse. They have a full breakfast area that remains locked unless during breakfast hours. They have a common area above the pool which is locked off and the hotel claims it’s do to structural integrity!? Like, *** - so you’re telling me the floor above the pool may collapse? The common space next to the pool is ribboned off. This hotel claims to be family friendly, yet it isn’t. Cleaning staffing were taking videos of kids playing so that front desk staff could harass guests. Everything from No fun in the pool, to no sitting around. Some ppl were tailgating in the parking lot.

I stayed at the Hampton Inn & Suites Laval for one night, during a short business trip. I essentially made this choice because of the price, since, for this trip, the location what not important. The Hampton Inn brand is part of the Hilton chain and the stays allows collecting Hilton Honors points. The property This hotel is located in the town of Laval, north of Montreal, but far from the large shopping centers, but still in a commercial area where one can find several stores and restaurants. This is a small property. The hotel hall is small, but there is a large room next to it where breakfast is served. The room My room is spacious with a king size bed. A nightstands is placed on each side of the bed and on one of them, there are many power sockets. The ground is covered with a very dusty carpet that needs a clean-up real bad. What stricken me, when I got in to the room, was a strong displeasing odor. The air is very dry and you can smell dust in the air. I would go as far saying the environment is unhealthy and hard to breathe. There is a small work desk with a wheeled chair. There is only one power socket available on that desk. A coffee machine with pouches is available, but placed in the bathroom, which is unusual. An iron and its board are also available. There is no other equipment provided in this room, no fridge, no microwave oven. The closet is closed. HDMI and USB plugs are accessible behind the TV. The bed sheeting is worn out, but the bed is very comfortable and gave me an excellent night of sleep, if it wasn’t for the air quality in the room. The bathroom The bathroom is not very spacious. The counter area around the sink is sufficient. Everything is clean. The shower is in the bath. Services The personnel at the reception desk were cold and not friendly. At my arrival, the registering process was long and complicated. There were documents to sign and they took photocopies of my proof of ID. Breakfast was included in the room fare and served in a large room by the entrance hall. Free coffee was available all day. A little counter near the reception desk offered a small variety of snacks and cold beverages. The hotel has an interior pool and a large well equipped gym. Internet access (Wi-Fi) is free and works well. An exterior parking is available and is free. The devil is in the details: - Worn out sheeting. - Vitiated air in the room: dry and dusty. Suffocating. - Very dusty carpet. - Staff not friendly at front desk. Pros - Good price. - Free coffee all day. Cons - Room not well equipped, no fridge.
