Das Zimmer ist sehr groß, die Ansicht ist sehr gut! Die Hoteleinrichtungen und die Lage sind sehr gut, das Restaurant im ersten Stock des Hotels ist sehr gut, es gibt auch viele Restaurants umgeben. Der Hotelbedienstete fand, dass mein Auto eine Akupunktur zerrissen hat, und ich rufe die Schutzbehörde an, um Hilfe zu fragen, sehr liebevoll ❤️

Nicht zu empfehlen, wenn Sie schweres Gepäck haben, da es keinen Aufzug gibt (allerdings nur 2 Etagen). Der Ort ist wunderschön, da er auf einem Hügel liegt, aber nicht so praktisch, wenn Sie zu Fuß zum Sightseeing / Einkaufen sind, also gebe ich ihm eine 4. Wir brauchten nicht viel Service, es ist meistens nur DIY ohne viel? Problem, also gebe ich ihm eine 5. Der Ort ist definitiv sauber, also 5. Die Ausstattung wäre 3 aufgrund der Treppe für schweres Gepäck (möglicherweise nicht für alle ein Problem), auch gibt es keine Jalousie oder Tür für die Dusche, also Wasser würde in andere Bereiche des Waschraums auslaufen, selbst wenn Sie sehr vorsichtig sind.

I would like to give the reception staff Lisa and Karen 10 out of 10 for wonderful service. I was trying to get a bed for one night and rang the hotel as I'd booked on what I thought was their website - I'd booked the wrong night and couldn't change it. Lisa was the lady I spoke to and she very kindly sorted it for me in such a lovely manner. Then when I arrived Karen was on reception and the welcome was warm and friendly and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. Personality plus, what an asset! The room was on the small side but comfortable, spotless and had a fabulous view of the city. It is also within walking distance of two theatres, bars and restaurants. A genuine pleasure to stay here, thank you ladies.

Kontaktloses Check-in sehr gut, Zimmer gemütlich und geräumig. Bettwäsche von guter Qualität und viel davon. Einrichtungen müde - eine der Deckenlichtblöcke nicht funktionieren, Klebe in der Küche Sprühwasser überall, Seifehalter in der Dusche nur um die Wand, nicht eine einzige Soft Oberfläche - nicht die Betten, die wie Steine waren, noch die Sitzplätze. Keine Kekse, in der Küche zu haben muesli zum Frühstück. Das auf der Website Vietnamesische Restaurant war gut wert.

The Auldington is a lovely building in nice grounds. My room was clean, with lovely high ceilings and a comfortable (firm) bed. The bath was sensational! Original glass in the windows & lovely views. There were a few things which diminished the quality of my stay, reducing my review to 3 stars. The staff member who checked us in was extremely thorough – racing through everything anyone may ever need to know about staying. Unfortunately, the sheer volume of information he served up made it difficult to take any of it in. He then proceeded to lead us to our room, where he showed me how to open a door (turn the key & push) and then actually entered the room. I found this awkward & a little uncomfortable. There definitely needs to be improvements with some insulating / soundproofing. I could hear people walking on the floor above my room every morning and hear voices from the rooms around mine in the evenings. On my last night, I was in the bathroom & the whole room started vibrating and a low rumbling sound – it took me a minute to guess that there was a spa in a room nearby. There was also loud music in the bathroom, although it didn’t travel through to the main room with the door closed. But someone else’s music wasn’t quite the ambiance I was looking for. The biggest issue I had was with the air-conditioning. It seems as though the building has some kind of multi-head split system in operation, which means that every outflow has to be on the same mode for it to work. Apparently, one room didn’t get the memo & I was left for 5 hours sweating with no air conditioning because it suddenly stopped working. I find it incredible that this was seen as a sensible option to install – and then give every room a remote. While I was told not to change the remote on check-in, I could easily understand how that nugget could be lost in the sheer weight of information delivered at the time. I stayed for 3 nights in a City view room. The view was nice & certainly nicer than what it would be from the back of the building. Location wasn’t bad, but a little out of the way. It is quiet, which is good. On-site parking. There’s a lovely corner café close, which was a bonus for morning coffee. Would I stay again? Not in summer, not in winter (when heating or cooling is required). Perhaps in spring.

Das ist sicher das einzige Hotel in Australien, das mehr kosten, direkt zu buchen als durch eine dritte Party. Ich habe zweimal wegen der Lage, einmal durch Air BnB und einmal direkt geblieben. Das Air BnB Angebot scheint eine Untervermietung durch einen Kerl zu sein, der selten auf Nachrichten reagiert und der Front Desk nicht mit seinen Buchungen. Ich versuchte, meinen ersten Besuch zu verlängern, aber er würde nicht antworten, so dass ich gerade verließ. Der zweite Aufenthalt dachte ich, könnte besser sein, direkt zu buchen, aber sie wollten mich mehr $16 als online ändern. Sie gaben den Preis von booking.com, wenn erfordert, aber dies scheint sehr schlechte Praxis. Das Personal war nett und das Zimmer war sauber, aber ich würde nicht wieder beunruhigt werden.
