This is Florida Great rental for families or larger groups.
The private Home features two separate entrances. The main house has three bedrooms, two baths, a full kitchen, a large living room, and a Billiard table. The Guest House B has one bedroom, bathroom, full kitchen, and living room with dining table.
Laundry, Pool area with Tiki Hub, 2 BBQ grills, plenty of lounge chairs, and outdoor tables on the waterway.
Quiet family neighborhood.
The dock is available for boats 23 Ft. (a fee of $ 300 applies, and we require boat insurance)
It is centrally located two blocks from the beach and 5 minutes from the entertainment area of Lauderdale by the Sea. Twenty minutes from the airport, getting to golf, fishing, shopping, casinos, and nightlife is easy.

"The Rental Agreement must be handwritten, signed, and sent to us, along with a copy of ID for each person (15 years old and up) who will stay in the house.
We do not accept reservations for Adults on behalf of their children.
MONTHLY RENTAL: WE REQUIRE A $650 REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT IN ADDITION TO THE PROPERTY DAMAGE PROTECTION THAT VRBO OFFERS - THANKS.
Pool Heater surcharge:
7 days fee $ 210
14 days $ 300
21 days $ 400
30 days $ 500
The pool pump will run 9 hours per day.
There is an extra fee for having the pool pump/water heater run longer per day.
