One thing we did jot realize is that there was no elevator or mini fridge in the room. For this reason I take away a star but the professionalism of abdel and Nahia was excellent. Abdel was so warm and helpful with everything from late check in. We were able to find a place for our baby’s bottles. I think they put us on the second floor to avoid the noise of people coming and going, but two flights of stairs with the baby was a bit much. That said we cannot complain about noise. The room concept with the ladder and extra bunk that is big and spacious was excellent for the teenager in our party and there was enough space on the “main floor” for the travel crib beside the bed. Everything was clean and it was a good stop very close to the highway to continue on our journey. Loved that the parking had enclosed gate, which made us feel safer.

Wir haben dieses Hotel wirklich zufällig entdeckt und es war eine schöne Überraschung. Zunächst mit der Präsenz einer Ladebohrer für Elektrofahrzeug: bravo! Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und angenehm. Die Qualität der Dienstleistungen, die Sauberkeit des Zimmers und seine Konfiguration mit der Dusche, die das Bett gibt, haben uns wirklich gefallen. Allein Bemol: les grincements du lit ... Der Preis ist wirklich sehr richtig angesichts der Dienstleistungen und des Standing de l’établissement.

Accueil chaleureux et souriant des réceptionnistes, très bonne ambiance dans l’hôtel, les chambres sont très propres et l’emplacement est idéal dans le centre ville. Rien à redire, très bonne expérience, je reviendrai ! Une nouvelle adresse à ne pas manquer sur Montpellier, je ne peux que vous la conseiller. Merci encore pour ce séjour

Not far from the center(only 10 min walking distance) and two tram stops from St.Roch central train station it was the cheapest room we could find.The girl in the reception was very helpful and professional and speaking very well English! The rooms are exactly as in the photos of Booking.com,new and big.They have kitchen that we didn’t use.the bathroom was big and new !!! Wi-Fi was working perfectly and free !!! A great choice for the beautiful Montpellier !!!

As I was trying to make reservation with this Ibis Budget Montpellier Aeroport Parc des Expos, based in Monteppelier, France, a number in a USA would be available for making reservation. I've talked to the attendant that at first showed to be very respectful and calm. After I've given all my bank and billing address details and paid for the first of the two rooms, the attendant asks me to wait for 1 or 2 minutes, when we resumed the conversation, he said the price for the second room had increase $5 and that this was the hotel normal price policy . After arriving at the hotel, I ask at the reception about this price policy fluctuation as they refuted that possibility, since the price change may occur daily, but not anytime of the day (especially since you already started your reservation, since the client cannot have access to the price table). When I received the receipt, first, my billing address is was located in the US and live in the UK, so is my address (although I've giving the attendant all my personal information). The price for the service was not clear ahead and I ended up pay an abusive amount of U$27.76 of U$87.24, while the actual price for the room was only U$59,24. All in all, I felt cheated, the food was not looking fresh and burnt for the price of €41. Besides that, I've tried to contact the hotel and the agency that made the reservation and simply I couldn't get through to any of them. Quite frustrating. No plans to use their service in the future.

Unsere Unterkunft war perfekt für zwei Erwachsene und 2 Kinder. Es bestand aus Eingang mit kleiner komplette Küche, Essbereich mit Plasma-TV, komfortablem Schlafzimmer, Schlafsofa und Dusche. Alles war perfekt, schläft in der Mitte des Schweigens. Danke an das Personal, besonders an den Herr, der uns bis 21.30 Uhr wartete, um uns den Schlüssel zu liefern. Wir kommen zurück, wenn es uns passiert. Danke für alles.

Das Hotel ist in einer hervorragenden Lage schön und einfach. Wir haben das Hotel vor allem wegen seiner Lage gewählt, genau gegenüber der Hauptbahnhof Sant Roch. Es ist auch auf einigen Zuglinien. Wir hatten dort nicht Frühstück, aber die Zimmer waren OK und sauber, und mit einem Mini-Balkon über die Hauptstraße. Mit den Fenstern geschlossen war das Zimmer ziemlich ruhig. Ich würde empfehlen, vor allem wegen der Lage.
