Not even for 20% off NEXT visit will I leave a positive review, & I will have to change my ********** review from 5 to 1 star... where to begin... started out so awesome checking in 1/5/23 Thursday night late & that guy was awesome, but no one explained that they would have to kick me out to clean or I have to schedule when I wanted my room cleaned... fast forward to 1/7/23 Sat afternoon, I asked the cleaning lady to come WHILE I WAS GONE for an hour to clean, & I get back then they come by to clean (yes, for 10 minutes which is not long) nor the point, I missed an important phone call & the manager on duty insisted he was in the right no matter what I said. Then had the nerve to tell me to take my headphone off when I kept asking him to clarify things because I had 1 headphone on; did you know AUTISTIC people wear headphones to function in society... just saying. Two words... Customer Service & the phrase 'the customer is always right'... Now the employee who witnessed my earlier conversation with her boss wants to give me attitude about scheduling my room cleaning Sunday morning, like they asked, because she is the only one working!! Again, customer service & you are wrong. Hope it was worth it.
